I have — over the years — collected responses in my Microsoft Word to a myriad of topics. The Washington Post’s article used often by Lefties and Democrats is an example of this: “In four years, President Trump made 30,573 false or misleading claims” (WaPo | The HILL)
I am about to offer my services in a discussion on the “inter webs” and I can see into the future [foreknowledge] this may be mentioned. Just guessing. If not, this is a good slight refreshing of a response written back in March of 2021. Keep in mind, this was a response to a person in debate a half decade ago:

WAPO DATABASE
You are going off of WaPo’s numbers which other news orgs (CNN, ABC, etc.) use (actually one guy did most of the “fact chacking” –Glenn Kessler [DAILY CALLER]) — and the public assumes is proven by this widespread dissemination of WaPo’s database. Many “misleading claims” or what people mistaken for lies are just typical grandiose statements almost all politicians make:
★ TRUMP: Among the most repeated false claims that Trump spread was that he was responsible for the greatest economy in history. As the Post notes, former Presidents Eisenhower, Johnson and Clinton all were responsible for larger economic growth than Trump when using modern metrics.
★ BIDEN: “I said I was running to unite the country. And generically speaking, all of you said no, you can’t do that,” the president told the press. He still believes this, he added, but with caveats. “I’ve not been able to unite the Congress, but I’ve been united in the country, based on the polling data.”
BIAS CONFIRMED
But WaPo has already said – unlike it immediately did with Trump — The Post said it does “not have plans to launch a Biden database at this time” (NEWSBUSTERS | FOX) … This is bias by omission Ross. (FRONTPAGE MAGAZINE)
LOOKING INTO THE “LIES”
For instance, WaPo lists over 30,000 false, or misleading statements made by Trump in 4-years. You are basing your claims on the many media sources using this database by them. Here is one example from when that database reached the 5,000 mark:
The Post attributed nearly 140 of the 5,000 lies to Trump claiming the Russia investigation was made up or a hoax. It claims a report from the intelligence community had “’high confidence’ it was correct.” (AIM – now a disappeared article)
This is just one example that would kill 140 off the 5,000 list. (Now over 30,000: WASHINGTON POST | SEATTLE TIMES ) In a “lie” from the newer list of over 30,000 is this one:
“We also built the greatest economy in the history of the world…Powered by these policies, we built the greatest economy in the history of the world.”
This was repeated 493 times. Oh no, say it isn’t so! *Gasp* — that is so unlike a politician. And, may I say, many of these are arguable. Another example looked at two statements made by Trump said to be lies but were in fact not. These would remove 63:
Together, these two statements would remove 63 from Trump’s total of lies, leaving him 62 short of the 5,000-mark. (AIM – now a disappeared article)

So, for instance, to COMPARE. Trump exaggerated the crowd size of his inauguration. Is this out the realm of a politician? Let alone a braggadocious one?
IRAN
…Ben Rhodes, the man who majored in creative writing and then ended up the Deputy National Security Adviser for President Obama, told The New York Times about the “echo chamber” he was able to create and feed:
In the spring of last year, legions of arms-control experts began popping up at think tanks and on social media, and then became key sources for hundreds of often-clueless reporters. ‘We created an echo chamber,’ [Rhodes] admitted, when I asked him to explain the onslaught of freshly minted experts cheerleading for the deal. ‘They were saying things that validated what we had given them to say.’
“The average reporter we talk to is 27 years old, and their only reporting experience consists of being around political campaigns. … They literally know nothing,” Rhodes bragged.
And the know-nothing millennials loved him for it. And, apparently, they still do….
That calculated political lie did more harm to the nation than any “lie” Trump told, like, crowd sizes.
OBAMACARE
Remember these?
“If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. Because nothing should get in the way of the relationship between a family and their doctor.”
His specific language varied on the stump, but Obama promised that his health care plan would reduce premiums “up to $2,500 a year per family” or “an average of $2,500 a year per family.” (and, Deductibles would go down)
OBAMA’S MOMO’S BATTLE w/INSURANCE
Here is another one you probably have not heard about:
… Barack Obama repeatedly said that his mother, Ann Dunham, fought with insurance carriers to pay her medical and hospital bills as she lay dying from cancer. Obama told this story repeatedly during the 2008 campaign, as well as after he became president, when making the case for Obamacare. After all, if the dastardly insurance companies battle a woman with a doctorate and her son with a law degree from Harvard, imagine what insurance carriers will do to you.
During the campaign, Obama said: “She was 52 years old when she died of ovarian cancer, and you know what she was thinking about in the last months of her life? She wasn’t thinking about getting well. She wasn’t thinking about coming to terms with her own mortality. She had been diagnosed just as she was transitioning between jobs. And she wasn’t sure whether insurance was going to cover the medical expenses because they might consider this a pre-existing condition. I remember just being heartbroken, seeing her struggle through the paperwork and the medical bills and the insurance forms.” He also said: “For my mother to die of cancer at the age of 53 and have to spend the last months of her life in the hospital room arguing with insurance companies because they’re saying that this may be a pre-existing condition and they don’t have to pay her treatment, there’s something fundamentally wrong about that.”
But ex-New York Times reporter Janny Scott wrote a flattering book about Obama’s mom. Scott describes Obama’s mom’s “battle” with insurance carriers quite differently. Scott said Dunham had employer-provided health insurance that “covered most of the costs of her medical treatment. … The hospital billed her insurance company directly, leaving Ann to pay only the deductible and any uncovered expenses, which, she said, came to several hundred dollars a month.” The only quarrel was over a disability policy Dunham had, but her pre-existing condition disqualified her. So much for the mean old insurance company, but Obama’s tale helped get Obamacare passed…

In a post on discussing Obama’s “Islamic ties” in a post dated July 23, 2008 (on my old Blogspot) — I noted the 2nd head of The Nation of Islam cult discussing the founder of NOI as the Mahdi (in other words, cults in America have known of the topic for a long time):

Ahmadinejad would go as far as constructing the Jamkaran Highway to connect Jamkaran Mosque directly to Imam Khomeini Airport in Tehran. There is a cult of the Mahdi being here (video to the right). His name is Abdullah Hashem, who openly claims to be “the successor to Simon Peter, the successor to Jesus Christ, and the true and legitimate Pope,” as well as the anticipated Mahdi.

When I studied for my MA in Islamic Studies at the Islamic College in London, I was given the opportunity to learn about Shia Islam from within, not through the filter of Western headlines or ideological caricatures, but through rigorous academic engagement. The college was not hardline, nor was it interested in grooming political operatives. It was a place of learning, characterized by careful scholarship, where professors encouraged students to think critically and engage respectfully. Yet through the texts I read, especially those authored by clerics who shaped Iran’s modern identity, I began to grasp just how deeply theology and politics are fused in the Islamic Republic. In particular, the concept of Wilayat al-Faqih, or Guardianship of the Jurist, stood out as central. Ayatollah Khomeini argued that in the Mahdi’s absence, a qualified jurist should rule the Islamic community. That may sound reasonable within a religious framework, but the consequences of this doctrine have been disastrous. It effectively turns the Supreme Leader into a divine deputy, granting him not only political control but also religious infallibility. That’s not just dangerous, it’s theocratic absolutism dressed up in sacred language.
The regime in Iran has taken this idea and run with it, creating a system where dissent becomes heresy and where one man claims to speak on behalf of a hidden, infallible messianic figure. I saw how this unfolded through the writings I studied, not in abstract theory, but in the lived theology of a state that views itself as ordained to rule in the Mahdi’s absence. What’s more alarming is that some clerics, particularly hardliners, believe that chaos and conflict can help usher in the Mahdi’s return. That kind of thinking isn’t just fringe; it has implications for Iran’s foreign policy. It helps explain the regime’s militant posture toward Israel, its persistent support for destabilizing proxy wars, and its willingness to tolerate unimaginable economic suffering at home. As one analyst put it, “Iran doesn’t just endure crisis, it needs it.” When I read that, I remembered the texts I encountered in my coursework that seemed to blur the line between divine preparation and calculated political unrest. It gave me a deeper understanding of how apocalyptic thinking is not just present in the regime’s worldview, it is part of the machinery.
One area where this theology becomes particularly toxic is in Iran’s obsession with Israel. On the surface, their hostility may seem like typical geopolitical tension, but it runs much deeper than that. In Shia eschatology, which I explored through classical and modern texts, Israel is often portrayed as a symbol of corruption and injustice in the end times. Some traditions suggest that the Mahdi will liberate Jerusalem, making it a central arena in the apocalyptic drama. That makes Iran’s anti-Zionism more than just political; it’s cosmic. I never heard this explicitly preached in my courses, but it was clear in the literature. This isn’t about the two-state solution. It’s about a theological script in which Israel’s destruction becomes a necessary step toward redemption. When leaders like Khamenei couch their hatred of Israel in religious terms, they’re not being metaphorical. They are positioning themselves as actors in a divine narrative, and that narrative leaves no room for coexistence or compromise.
The regime’s use of martyrdom fits this pattern as well. I studied the deep significance of Karbala in Shia thought, and I came to appreciate how the memory of Husayn’s sacrifice has shaped centuries of devotion, grief, and moral resolve. But Iran has politicized that tradition. Figures like Qassem Soleimani are not just eulogized as patriots—they are sanctified as martyrs in the Mahdi’s struggle. I remember seeing images after Soleimani’s death that portrayed him not just as a fallen commander, but as a saintlike figure bathed in heavenly light, sword in hand, poised to strike down the enemies of Islam. The message was unmistakable: dying in service to the regime’s goals is not just heroic—it’s holy. That’s the kind of narrative that makes violence sustainable. It elevates warfare into a sacred duty, blurs the lines between faith and fanaticism, and prepares a population to sacrifice themselves not for justice, but for the glory of a regime that claims divine endorsement.
I am deeply critical of this regime, not just because of its human rights abuses or its brutal repression of dissent, but because of how it wraps those abuses in sacred justification. Studying at the Islamic College did not make me sympathetic to this system. Quite the opposite. It gave me the intellectual tools and firsthand exposure to understand it on its own terms, and then to challenge it more effectively. I did not come away impressed by the regime’s theology. I came away alarmed. The Islamic Republic claims to govern in the Mahdi’s absence, but in practice, it governs through coercion, censorship, and calculated eschatology. Its leaders don’t just see themselves as administrators—they see themselves as agents of the end times. That belief drives decisions that cost lives, fuel conflict, and suppress truth. And no amount of religious language can disguise that reality.

For many evangelicals, Iran represents hostility, not hope. We associate it with fiery slogans, persecution of Christians, and threats against Israel and the West. However, upon closer examination, I discover a spiritual narrative yearning for redemption—a tale marked by profound reverence for martyrdom, a theology shaped by suffering and injustice, and a longing for divine justice through the awaited return of the Mahdi. These themes reflect a people intensely aware of spiritual struggle and deeply engaged in questions of ultimate meaning. Their annual remembrance of Husayn’s martyrdom, their philosophical engagement with good and evil, and their belief in God’s future intervention all speak to this longing. It’s not just that Iran is religious; it’s that its people hunger for a justice that feels personal, moral, and cosmic. That hunger, although shaped by a different theology, points to the kind of fulfillment found only in Christ. That’s why, as a Christian, I see opportunity in their spiritual intensity. Iran’s story invites us to speak clearly about the cross, the resurrection, and the true Redeemer who has already come. Iran is a theologically rich society, shaped by suffering, apocalyptic hope, and a deep concern for justice. Beneath its authoritarian structure lies a people who ask real questions about God, mercy, and truth. That’s why I believe Iran is not just a closed nation—it’s a nation God is opening. And if we care about the Great Commission, then Iran should be on our hearts, in our prayers, and part of our strategy.
A Nation Shaped by Revelation and Redemptive Longing
Iran’s religious roots run deep. Long before Islam, Persia followed Zoroastrianism, a religion centered on moral dualism, divine justice, and the coming of a savior-like figure (Boyce, 2001). These ideas would profoundly influence later Islamic theology, especially Shi’a eschatology. When Islam entered Persia in the 7th century, the Persians infused it with their intellectual and mystical traditions, producing some of the greatest minds in Islamic philosophy and Sufism. By the 16th century, the Safavid dynasty made Twelver Shi’ism the official state religion, solidifying Iran’s distinctive role in the Muslim world (Arjomand, 1984). Central to Shi’a theology is the belief in the hidden Imam—al-Mahdi—who will return to bring justice to the world, a theme that mirrors Christian hope in Christ’s return. Yet, unlike our hope in Jesus, who has already secured salvation through the cross and resurrection, their hope is still anticipatory, incomplete, and uncertain (Nasr, 2006). From a Christian perspective, Shi’a eschatological hope lacks the assurance of atonement through a once-for-all sacrifice. Their awaited savior, the Mahdi, is still hidden, and the fulfillment of justice is seen as future and conditional.
In contrast, Christians believe the work of redemption is finished, anchored in Christ’s death and resurrection, and accessible now by faith. This means our assurance rests not in future events or hidden leaders, but in the revealed and risen Savior. The Shi’a framework offers a longing for justice, but it cannot satisfy the human need for reconciliation with a holy God. That is why the gospel speaks uniquely and powerfully into this kind of eschatological uncertainty. As evangelicals, we must see that longing not as a threat, but as a bridge to the gospel. …
Listen, I am not saying crazy Islamic fundamentalists would not have eventually made a move – even under Trump. But Republican administration foreign policy views are typically more realistic regarding the Middle East and Africa, and the spread of Islamo-Fascism. Under Biden one of the first things he did was remove the Houthis from the terrorist listing. And ignored [for the most part] Iran’s involvement in the hundred[+] attacks on bases in the Middle East and it took a record number of drone and missile strikes to garner a reaction [defensive] to these Iran backed terrorists.
The Biden administration has a skewed view of foreign policy that has created MORE unrest in a volatile area for evil opportunists “to pounce.” As well as a VERY porous border that is another opportunist wedge to get terrorists across the border who are creating cells in the country that will surely “pounce” when ordered.

(pic below compliments) A medical doctor and professor who writes columns and regularly appears as a guest on CNN slammed the CDC’s decision to let vaccinated people stop wearing masks, and suggested there should be a mechanism in place – like a vaccine passport – to keep those who choose not to take the vaccine from appearing in public.

The colorful and uniquely patterned shirts are making a comeback this year, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The news outlet reports that part of the appeal of the shirts is the wide variety of styles they come in, which allow the wearer more freedom to express themselves.
The trend was apparently inspired by a shirt recently worn by David Beckham in Miami. The Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello shirt reportedly inspired more people to attempt to pull off the colorful, yet casual look that Beckham went with.
I’ve wanted a Hawaiian shirt for a long time, but didn’t get one, first because I thought, and this is stupid, “What’s with all these flowers and birds? This is gay.”
Then I accepted that flowers and birds and pineapples were essential motifs of the shirt, so I sought a shirt with… less gay flowers and less gay birds. Like, manly flowers. Flowers with biceps. Like, birds with guns and dicks.

Not only that, but the book that, but the book Santino William Legan supposedly referenced and may have been in his possession is “Might Is Right or The Survival of the Fittest.” This book was written by a late 19th-century/early 20th-century Nietzschean Social Darwinist who worshiped the “strong man,” had anarchist sympathies, and despised Judaism and Christianity, which he thought were religions for the weak.

Mein Kampf “is sixth on the Palestinian best-seller list”. This was back in 1999, and supports the claim of the BBC article in the OP which is from 2002.
Though the title in the OP generalizes to “Muslim countries”, there is no corresponding claim referenced in the OP. Instead there is just one claim about the Palestinian territories and one claim about Bangladesh.
In India, which is essentially in a 3-way tie with Indonesia and Pakistan for the largest Muslim population, Mein Kampf has also been selling well according to Indian business students snap up copies of Mein Kampf. However, the article makes associations with Hinduism rather than Islam.
The article further states:

This is why corporations lobby for even more illegal immigration even after decades of it of happening. They need to keep replenishing the low-skilled labor pool. Even as migrant children flood skilled jobs, Corporations make this worse by lobbying for even more work visas to be issued for skilled foreign workers to come here. Recently, the senate under a REPUBLICAN administration has greatly increased the number of foreign workers that will take American jobs. Remember that both Democrats and Republicans support immigration and work visas. Corporations need to keep replenishing the labor pool for both skilled and unskilled jobs to keep wages down. So Automation is a good thing as it will eliminate the need for new migrants to fill unskilled jobs. Jobs that Americans can’t survive on anyway. Automation can and would replace millions of low-skilled jobs if immigrants were deported. To compete, people have to get better credentials by spending more time in college. It used to be that a high school degree was worth something. Now a bachelor’s degree is what’s recommended to be competitive in the job market. The cost of college degrees has exploded as their value has plummeted. This has led to a generation of indebted, overqualified students filling menial, low paying and unfulfilling jobs. Of course these migrants and their children have contributed to the problem, but are not the sole cause of it.

Lastly, he mentioned in his manifesto that he had started to hate Hispanics after reading a book back in 2011-2012 (LONG BEFORE TRUMP) The DAILY SIGNAL notes this:

That book discusses the Muslim immigration issue of France… and here Patrick swapped out Hispanic. Since he is in custody, and cooperating… he also noted the following (GATEWAY PUNDIT). He said he expected the media to blame the attack on President Donald Trump, noting: “This is not the case” — “My ideology has not changed for several years. My opinions… predate Trump and his campaign,” he wrote (DAILY MAIL).
…Steve Hooper is a 30 year veteran of the FBI. Hooper said the El Paso shooter, during interviews, says he was triggered after watching the DNC debate where all the candidates raised their hands to provide “health insurance” to illegal immigrants.
It was the insanity at the Democrat Presidential debates that triggered the shooter, not Trump’s language.
So Democrats, and NOT TRUMP according to Patrick… and not CNN / MSNBC.

One of the reasons for being glad to be as old as I am is that I may be spared living to see a race war in America. Race wars are often wars in which nobody wins and everybody ends up much worse off than they were before.
Initial skirmishes in that race war have already begun, and have in fact been going on for some years. But public officials pretend that it is not happening, and the mainstream media seldom publish it at all, except in ways that conceal what is really taking place.
For American society, a dangerous polarization has set in. Signs of this polarization over the years include opposite reactions between blacks and whites to the verdict in the O. J. Simpson murder case, the “rape” charges against Duke University students, and the trials resulting from the beating of Rodney King and the death of Trayvon Martin.More dangerous than these highly publicized episodes over the years are innumerable organized and unprovoked physical attacks on whites by young black gangs in shopping malls, on beaches, and in other public places all across the country today.
While some of these attacks make it into the media as isolated incidents, the nationwide pattern of organized black-on-white attacks by thugs remains invisible in the mainstream media, with the notable exception of Bill O’Reilly on the Fox News Channel.
Even when these attacks are accompanied by shouts of anti-white rhetoric and exultant laughter at the carnage, the racial makeup of the attackers and their victims is usually ignored by the media, and public officials often deny that race has anything to do with what happened.
These attacks have sent many people to the hospital, and some victims have died, but the attacks are often carried out in a festive atmosphere. What are called “troubled youths,” in this and other contexts, are often in fact young people enjoying themselves greatly by creating big trouble for others.
Some of these many attacks are covered in detail in a book titled White Girl Bleed a Lot, by Colin Flaherty. It was a phrase that I recognized immediately from my own previous research.
That phrase was uttered by one of a group of black attackers who descended on a group of whites at a July 4th fireworks show in Milwaukee. But what happened there was not unique, either in itself or in the efforts of police and political authorities to downplay what happened — and to say that race had nothing to do with it.
When the Chicago Tribune was criticized for editing out the race of the attackers in a series of similar organized attacks in Chicago, it replied that race was irrelevant. Yet race is not considered irrelevant when indignantly editorializing on a disproportionate number of young black males arrested and imprisoned.
Sadly, what happened in Milwaukee and Chicago were not isolated incidents. They were part of a pattern repeated in dozens of cities, in every region of the country. Colin Flaherty’s book, which is subtitled “The Return of Racial Violence to America and How the Media Ignore It,” reveals this pattern in painful detail.
Other books are emerging that are more clearly a white backlash, in the sense that they attack behavior patterns among contemporary blacks in general.
Perhaps the most clearly “backlash” books are those written by Paul Kersey, whose central theme is that whites have created thriving cities, which blacks subsequently took over and ruined. Examples include his books about Birmingham (The Tragic City) and Detroit (Escape from Detroit).
Kersey even takes a swing at Rush Limbaugh (and at yours truly) for saying that liberal policies destroyed these cities. He says that San Francisco and other cities with liberal policies, but without black demographic and political takeovers, have not been ruined. His books are poorly written, but they raise tough questions.
It would be easy to simply dismiss Kersey as a racist. But denouncing him or ignoring him is not refuting him. Refuting requires thought, which has largely been replaced by fashionable buzzwords and catchphrases when it comes to discussions of race.
Thought is long overdue. So is honesty.

DAYTON OHIO SHOOTER
The suspect in the Dayton shooting early Saturday morning where nine people were killed has been identified as a 24-year-old man.
Law enforcement sources told CBS News the shooter was identified as 24-year-old Connor Betts, of Bellbrook, Ohio. The sources said police were searching his home Sunday morning. Police said the suspect was shot and killed by officers in less than one minute.

On one selfie, he included the hashtags, “#selfie4satan #HailSatan @SatanTweeting.” On the date of Republican Sen. John McCain’s death, he wrote, “F*ck John McCain.”
On Nov. 2, 2018, he wrote: “Vote blue for gods sake.”

The Twitter page gives the first public glimpse into the shooter’s politics, and what he wrote stands pretty much in polar opposite to accused El Paso shooter Patrick Crusius, whose own social media accounts indicated support for President Donald Trump and anti-immigrant measures, such as the border wall. He also tells friendly non-governmental organizations and think tanks what he is telling the journalists. Those outlets produce “experts” whose expert opinion is just what Rhodes wants it to be. These ignorant young journalists thus have quotes that look like independent confirmation of the White House’s lies. Here’s how Samuels describes the scene:

Trump pulled the United States out of the Iran deal that funded an increased monetary support of terrorism via the Obama administration.

And here are a plethora of fake news declarations about Trump that bombed with time (DAILY CALLER). Donald Trump, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Sara Carter, Chuck Ross, John Solomon, Mollie Hemingway, and others, have had two years of their writings confirmed. Whereas CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NPR, NYT, WaPo, etc, we’re shown to be wrong.
This old story reminds me of talking to millennial’s who listed to comedy shows as their source of political moral guidance on what is the case in our body politic.
