We took to the streets of Seattle to see if people actually oppose all discrimination, or if they just oppose *some* discrimination.

A lawyer calls into the Larry Elder Show and makes a great point about how far this Department of Justice stance on the North Carolina bathroom issue.

Here is a New York Times article talking about ANOTHER sweeping — unConstitutional — stomping on states rights that Trump agrees with:

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration is planning to issue a sweeping directive telling every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity.

A letter to school districts will go out Friday, adding to a highly charged debate over transgender rights in the middle of the administration’s legal fight with North Carolina over the issue. The declaration — signed by Justice and Education department officials — will describe what schools should do to ensure that none of their students are discriminated against.

It does not have the force of law, but it contains an implicit threat: Schools that do not abide by the Obama administration’s interpretation of the law could face lawsuits or a loss of federal aid.

Courts have not settled the question of whether the nation’s sex discrimination laws apply in matters of gender identity.

Attached to the letter, the Obama administration will include a 25-page document describing “emerging practices” that are in place in many schools around the country. Those included installing privacy curtains or allowing students to change in bathroom stalls.

The Justice Department has for years made gay and transgender issues centerpieces of its civil rights agenda. Former Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. described that campaign as a continuation of the civil rights era that brought equal rights to African-Americans. And this week, Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch spoke passionately to transgender people as she cast the lawsuit against North Carolina in historic terms.

“We stand with you,” she said. “And we will do everything we can to protect you going forward. Please know that history is on your side.”

American Thinker makes the point that Ted Cruz was correct on this issue and Donald Trump was woefully wrong:

Some Republicans have defended North Carolina’s law by arguing that it would be inappropriate to allow transgender women to use the same bathroom as young girls. Before ending his presidential bid last week, Senator Ted Cruz of Texas charged that Donald J. Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee, and Hillary Clinton, the likely Democratic nominee, “both agree that grown men should be allowed to use the little girls’ restroom.”

Most Americans – at least, it is to be hoped most Americans – are still okay with the commonsense idea of biological males and biological females using separate and distinct restrooms.  Not so okay with it, apparently, is one Donald J. Trump, currently undergoing a personality transplant to make himself look more “presidential.”

Trump, who began his campaign railing against political correctness as he warned of rapists and other undesirables pouring across our borders, has embraced one of the most egregious politically correct tenets of the liberal and loony left – that distinctions between sexes are an artificial and discriminatory construct, that gender is an ambiguous concept, and that individuals should be free to determine their own sexual identity and which restroom to use.  As Politico reports, Trump embraced P.C. restrooms when asked about North Carolina’s restroom privacy law:

Transgender people should be able to use whatever bathroom they want, Donald Trump said Thursday.

“Oh, I had a feeling that question was going to come up, I will tell you. North Carolina did something that was very strong. And they’re paying a big price. There’s a lot of problems,” the Republican presidential candidate said during a town hall event on NBC’s “Today.”….

“There have been very few complaints the way it is. People go. They use the bathroom that they feel is appropriate,” Trump said. “There has been so little trouble. And the problem with what happened in North Carolina is the strife and the economic — I mean, the economic punishment that they’re taking.”…

I think Hot Air hit the nail on the head when they said the following:

  • You know what, though? Evangelical voters across the south had a choice in the primaries. They made their choice. Let them live with the consequences now. Besides, Trump atoned to his base in this same interview when he said that Andrew Jackson, who had “a great history,” should be left on the $20 and Harriet Tubman should instead be put on the $2 dollar bill (in place of … Thomas Jefferson?), which no one uses.

White evangelical Republican voters who attend church weekly favor Cruz; half of less-frequent attenders favor Trump

I touched on this previously in a post showing that if a person goes to church every week, they were much more likely to vote Cruz… if they are nominal church attendees — Trump is there man. Here are some numbers via Christianity Today:

…Of those who attend religious services “more than once a week,” Cruz garnered 56 percent of the vote, outpacing Trump by a full 26 percentage points. Among those who attend religious services once a week, Cruz earned 50 percent of the vote, which was a full 17 points above Trump.

In contrast, with those who only attend services “a few” times a year, Trump won 48 percent of the vote to Cruz’s 29 percent. If Missouri’s numbers are indicative of voters in other states, then Trump does much worse among those who actually take their faith seriously enough to attend religious services consistently. There is some recent research by The Barna Group reported on byVox, which suggests these numbers are indeed consistent with a broader pattern among evangelical voters nationally….

Oh, and Franklin Graham ripped trump on NC bathroom law comment… he saw this chaos coming and removed himself from the Republican doles a while back:

“I’m not supporting any candidates,” he told host Stuart Varney. “I’m staying out of the race. The politicians have messed this country up big time.

The View Gets It WOEFULLY Wrong

Here are five cases to show the last statement (at the 7:20 mark) about not a single trans-man molesting anyone is wrong, via The Daily Wire:

Here are 5 times “transgender” men abused women and children by exploiting such facilities:

1. A Seattle man, citing transgender bathrooms laws, was able to gain access to a women’s locker-room at a public recreational center while little girls were changing for swim practice.

In February, The Daily Wire reported that a Seattle man who walked into the women’s locker-room—on two occasions—and began undressing, cited the “new state rule that allows people to choose a bathroom based on gender identity.” You know, those laws the ingenious left has been pushing because of “inclusiveness.”

“It was a busy time at Evans Pool around 5:30 p.m. Monday February 8,” reports KING5 News. “The pool was open for lap swim. According to Seattle Parks and Recreation, a man wearing board shorts entered the women’s locker room and took off his shirt. Women alerted staff, who told the man to leave, but he said ‘the law has changed and I have a right to be here.’”

Subsequent to this new rule, no one called the police on this man who reportedly came back a second time when young girls were changing into their swimsuits for swim practice.

2. A Toronto man claiming to be transgender was arrested and sentenced to jail for sexually assaulting several women in a women’s shelter after he gained access to the shelter and its shower facilitates as “Jessica.”

As Life Site notes, “A biological man claiming to be ‘transgender’ so as to gain access to and prey on women at two Toronto shelters was jailed ‘indefinitely’” in early March.

Christopher Hambrook, 37, using the name “Jessica,” was able to gain access to Toronto women’s shelters.

“Her tights had been pulled down past her bottom and her bathing suit had been pulled to the side,” reads a court document of one of the incidents. “She yelled at the accused, demanding to know what he was doing. He simply covered his face with his hands, said ‘Oops!’ and started giggling.”

Per Life Site:

Court also heard evidence of Hambrook terrorizing a deaf woman living in the shelter. “The accused grabbed the complainant’s hand and forcibly placed it on his crotch area while his penis was erect,” court heard.

The same deaf women reported that Hambrook would peer at her through a gap between the door and its frame while she showered.

3. A Virginia man was caught and arrested for peeping on and filming two women and a 5-year-old child in a women’s restroom after receiving entry by dressing in drag.

“Richard Rodriguez, 30, filmed a woman in a bathroom stall at the Potomac Mills Mall, Prince William County Police said,” reported NBC Washington. His victim was a 35-year-old woman who was in a bathroom stall when “she saw a bag moved toward her under the stall divider.” According to police, Rodriguez had been filming her.

Apparently, when the victim rushed out of the stall to confront the man, he had already moved to another woman just one stall over. “The victim alerted the woman and then contacted mall security of the shopping center on 2700 block of Potomac Mills Circle in Woodbridge, Virginia,” noted NBC Washington.

Reports suspect that this was not Rodriguez’s first time peeping on women by dressing himself up as woman to enter a restroom; disturbingly, he likely spied on a 53-year-old woman in May of 2015 and a 35-year-old and her 5-year-old daughter back in October.

“Rodriguez, of Fredericksburg, was charged with three counts of unlawful filming of a non-consenting person and three counts of peeping,” reported NBC Washington.

4. A Los Angeles man dressed in drag, entered a Macy’s department store bathroom and videotaped women under bathroom stalls.

As The Daily Wire reported in late March, charges were filed against Jason Pomare, 33, for allegedly disguising himself as a woman, sneaking in to the women’s restroom at a Macy’s department store and secretly videotaping hours of footage of women in bathroom stalls.

Pomare reportedly disguised himself with a wig and fake breasts; he kept his video camera with him in a small purse.

The suspect “was charged Tuesday with six counts of unlawful use of a concealed camera for purposes of sexual gratification. After his arrest, investigators said a video camera found in his purse had ‘hours’ of video of women using the restroom inside the store,” reports NBC4 News.

5. Two male students were caught at the University of Toronto exploiting “gender-neutral” facilities to peep on women in the shower with their cellphone cameras.

As The Daily Wire’s Pardes Seleh reported in October, The University of Toronto had to change their gender-neutral bathrooms back to bathrooms separated based on biology “after two separate incidents of ‘voyeurism’ were reported on campus September 15 and 19. Male students within the University’s Whitney Hall student residence were caught holding their cellphones over female students’ shower stalls and filming them as they showered.”

A man dressed as a woman was arrested in Virginia on Monday after police say he was caught peeping into restroom stalls three times in the past year.

Richard Rodriguez, 30, filmed a woman in a bathroom stall at the Potomac Mills Mall, Prince William County Police said on Tuesday. A 35-year-old woman was in the stall when she saw a bag moved toward her under the stall divider. Rodriguez apparently had been filming her, police said.

Palmdale man arrested for videotaping in women’s bathroom

PALMDALE – A 33-year-old Palmdale man who allegedly dressed as a woman while secretly videotaping females using a department store bathroom was charged with several misdemeanor counts Tuesday, authorities said.

Jason Pomare was charged with six counts of unlawful use of a concealed camera for the purposes of sexual gratification, according to Sergeant Brian Hudson of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department’s Special Victims Bureau.

Sexual predator jailed after claiming to be ‘transgender’ to assault women in shelter

A biological man claiming to be ‘transgender’ so as to gain access to and prey on women at two Toronto shelters was jailed “indefinitely” last week after being declared by a judge a “dangerous offender.”

Pro-family leaders are pointing out that this is exactly the type of incident they warned of as the Ontario government passed its “gender identity” bill, dubbed the “bathroom bill,” in 2012.

Fullerton man arrested on suspicion of filming people in a Chapman University bathroom

A 24-year-old man was arrested Tuesday after a hidden cell phone was found recording video inside a Chapman University bathroom, police said.

A female employee told campus public safety officials at 1 a.m. Tuesday she had seen a cell phone while inside a unisex single-person restroom in the Leatherby Libraries, said Lt. Fred Lopez of the Orange Police Department. The bathroom is located on the first floor Rotunda Commons.

Campbell man, a teacher, arrested for secretly recording people inside bathroom

SAN JOSE – A private elementary schoolteacher accused of secretly recording people in the bathroom of his home was charged Wednesday with three misdemeanors, according to the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office.

Authorities say the arrest Thursday of 31-year-old Andrew Donahue of Campbell was not related to his role as a teacher at Challenger School in San Jose. Donahue has been charged with three counts of taking photographs or filming someone who is in a bathroom or in a state of privacy, according to prosecutor Luis Ramos.

Teacher among 16 facing child porn charges, also accused of filming with tablet in bathroom

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. – A teacher, a school bus driver, and a high school student were among 16 people facing child pornography charges in New Jersey, authorities announced Wednesday.

Thomas Guzzi Jr., 36, of Pitman… is also charged with third-degree invasion of privacy for allegedly hiding a tablet computer in a bathroom stall at the theater to record video of others using the toilet. A video found on his computer allegedly revealed him installing the camera.

Colfax man arrested for allegedly filming women in bathrooms

COLFAX, Wash. – A man was arrested after deputies believe he had been secretly filming multiple women using the bathroom. Court documents indicate the recordings were taken both in his home, as well as one of the alleged victim’s homes. The recordings dated back several years, according to court records.

Michael A. Novak was arrested as deputies arrived with a search warrant for his home. His alleged victim’s said they knew and trusted him.

Man arrested after camera found in restaurant bathroom

MIAMI – Beyond the outer walls of La Perla, inside the women’s bathroom, is where a customer said she found a recording device facing the direction of the restaurant’s toilet.

The woman was assisting her child in the bathroom off Southwest 152nd Street and Southwest 137th Avenue Saturday when, according to a Miami police report, she noticed a strange device tucked away under the sink.

Teen arrested in Perrysburg Jr. High Investigation

PERRYSBURG, OH – Police have arrested a 14-year-old student in connection to an investigation involving two teens from Perrysburg Jr. High School.

A victim came forward to police Sunday morning saying he was using a stall at Scheels Sporting Goods at Coral Ridge Mall when he saw a man take a photo of him.

Edmond man arrested for recording child in shower

LOGAN COUNTY, Okla. – A man, 43-year-old James Curt Rose, sits behind bars for video-taping a 13-year-old taking a shower.

According to court documents, the child said she saw a hole cut in a sleeve hanging in the bathroom.

When she looked closer, she could see a phone in the sleeve that was recording.

UI Police Locate Suspect Videotaping in Women’s Shower

IOWA CITY, Iowa – UI Police Tuesday night said they had located the person of interest in connection with a man videotaping a woman while she was showering in a residence hall.

Former coach placed cameras in athletic rooms, bathroom

MARSHALL COUNTY, AL – David Barrow, the former Guntersville girls’ soccer coach who pleaded guilty to human trafficking charges in Madison County, appeared in a Marshall County courtroom on Monday to enter a plea on charges of producing porn with minors.

Barrow pleaded guilty to two counts of that offense around 10:30 a.m. He was sentenced to serve 30 years in prison.

Man Accused of Peeping in Women’s Restroom Also Faces Child Porn Charges

A Pennsylvania man who was arrested for taking photos of a 10-year-old girl in a public restroom has now also been hit with child porn charges, police report.

Quarryville, PA, resident James Thomas Shoemaker, 19, was arrested last week when he was found hiding in a stall of the woman’s bathroom in the Sheetz store on Manheim Pike. Police said he was taking images of young girls on his cell phone.

Man Arrested After Allegedly Filming at Least 7 People in Brea Starbucks Bathroom

A man has been arrested after allegedly placing a hidden camera in a Starbucks bathroom in Brea, and recording at least seven adults, police said Tuesday.

The arrest of Melcher Carrilloalvarado, a 44-year-old La Habra resident, was announced a day after police said a woman had found the camera in a unisex restroom at a Starbucks located at 101 West Imperial Hwy.

“An Amazingly Scandal-Free Administration” ~ David Brooks

One just has to shake one’s head at the gullibility of the left (the right is not immune to it either!) in this Rachel “Madcow” blog-post: “An Amazingly Scandal-Free Administration” (h/t to a friend):

…New York Times columnist David Brooks, a center-right pundit, highlighted a notable exception.

“I have my disagreements, say, with President Obama, but President Obama has run an amazingly scandal-free administration, not only he himself, but the people around him. He’s chosen people who have been pretty scandal-free.

“And so there are people in Washington who do set a standard of integrity, who do seem to attract people of quality.”

It’s even a point of pride among insiders. David Axelrod recently boasted, “I’m proud of the fact that basically you have had an administration in this place for six years in which there hasn’t been a major scandal. And I think that says a lot about the ethical strictures of this administration.”…

More like a complicit Press and people in high places covering up. And much to Cummings chagrin, an oversight connection to the Obama administration and the IRS scandal has already been made. Here The Blaze reports on this article before Maddow highlights it:

  1. Two officers found in contempt for lying to Congress.
  2. One officer being impeached.
  3. Veterans dying on waiting lists.
  4. Solyndra.
  5. Wiretapping reporters.
  6. Unconstitutionally rewriting our immigration laws.
  7. Fast and Furious.

Four other scandals, however, undermine the character of a free nation.

Article II in the Resolution of Impeachment against President Richard Nixon reads:

  • “He has … acting personally and through his subordinates and agents, endeavored to obtain from the Internal Revenue Service … confidential information contained in income tax returns for purposes not authorized by law.”

That was a scandal and Nixon was forced to resign.

The Obama administration has used the IRS to harass political opponents, to audit contributors to opponent’s campaigns and to abuse private information for political purposes.

The IRS officer responsible refused to testify before Congress and was voted in contempt. A criminal referral was sent to the DOJ and it was ignored.

The Commissioner of the IRS lied under oath and articles of impeachment for the commissioner have been filed.

No scandal here. Move along.

This understanding is enforced by Rachel “Madcow’s” own words when she aligns herself as more radical than one of the worlds most notorious propagandists/murderers in history! Mao Zedong — the total number of dead from 1959 to 1961 was between 30 million and 40 million!

  15. Practicing crony capitalism and wasting taxpayer money with Green energy loans to Solyndra and other failing companies.
  16. A No-bid contract given to a company owned by a major Obama donor for a small pox vaccine that doesn’t work.
  17. Fast and Furious: Giving guns to Mexican drug cartels in an attempt to take away guns from law-abiding Americans. 
  18. Lying to America and the world by claiming a YouTube video caused the Benghazi attack.
  19. Receiving foreign donations for his 2012 campaign.
  20. Slashing the pensions of Delphi’s non-union employees leaving the UAW employees‘ pensions alone.
  21. Purchasing bullets to drive up costs/empty supply.
  22. Prosecuting Thomas Drake, an NSA whistle-blower who leaked unclassified information about government waste and fraud.
  23. Trading five Taliban “generals” for Bowe Bergdahl without giving Congress the 30 days notice required by law.
  24. Ignoring ISIS in 2012, because it didn’t fit his reelection theme

BET: So Many Deaths in Gun-Controlled Chicago, Police Only Investigate 11 Percent

On May 13 BET claimed there were “over 500” firearm-related deaths in gun-controlled Chicago in 2015, yet only “55 of them resulted in a legitimate investigation.” So many of the dead were black males from Chicago’s south side and their demise made gun-related violence the “leading cause of death for black men between the ages of 18 and 34.”

BET laments that such deaths do not cause an outcry the way the July 2012 Aurora theater shooting or the December 2012 attack on Sandy Hook Elementary did. At Aurora, James Holmes used firearms he had acquired via a background check to kill 12 innocents and wound another 70. In the Sandy Hook attack, Adam Lanza carried a stolen rifle into the school and killed 20 students plus six adults….

More North Carolina Bathroom “Stuff”

This is merely a lesbian caller with a conservative point of view, then an interview with North Carolina Governor, Pat McCrory. As is usual by the left… there are many false claims made about this bill… as well as fake hate-crimes regarding these issues (fake NC bathroom hate — fake cake hate), which is VERY common by the victim-mentality driving the left.

Gay Patriot notes the following “choosing” of laws that explains the inner workings of the direction of the left:

  • Isn’t it interesting that the Obama Administration does absolutely nothing about ‘Sanctuary Cities’ that defy Federal Immigration laws, but they are coming down like a ton of bricks on North Carolina for requiring people to use biologically-appropriate bathrooms in state-owned buildings? (Contrary to the left’s dishonest propaganda, businesses may do as they please, under the law, which is as it should be)….

Good News Means There is Bad News

I love Propaganda’s above presentation. It hits all the points in the below video. You see, a life lived without the GOSPEL MESSAGE infused into your walk makes a truly lost soul where in the end nothing you do amounts to anything important. It mirrors naturalism in that all your actions… and humanities collective achievements, are all for nothing. Except, unlike naturalism, you live with this consequence in some form — ETERNALLY.

Josh McDowell put it best on why there has to be judgment for our sins, let me paraphrase him with this story of a judge and his daughter.

There was a district court judge who had been on the bench for thirty years, he was a just judge. He has never taken a bribe, always handed out judgment and leniency in a fair and balanced way, only within the parameters of what the law allowed. In other words, a just, righteous member of the legal system as well as the community. One day while in session, his only child, a daughter, was brought before him with a traffic violation. She had broke the law and was arrested for her excessive speeding. What was he to do? He loved his daughter immensely, so he could fine her only one dollar and no jail time. But this would mean he would be an unjust judge, not worthy of the position he holds.

So instead, he fines her 500 hundred dollars and three days in jail. He is heart broken, but that is what the law requires. Just as soon as his gavel hits the bench, he rises from his chair, removes his robe of authority, steps down from the raised platform to come around to the front of the bench. He, with a tear in his eye, throws an arm around his daughter, whom he loves dearly, and with the other hand pays the fine and puts himself in her place in the three day sentence. This is TRUE love, and TRUE justice.

In the same way, the just God of the Bible is our judge. He would be un-worthy of our worship and honor if he acted any other way. He has pronounced death as the judgment of our rebellion and sin [Death and hell are merely eternal separation from him, and because of that, there will be gnashing of teeth]. As our heavenly Father, who knew us before we were in the womb, he loved us so much (His creation) that he stepped down from his heavenly throne to the earth and paid the price for our infractions against the “court.” No other god in history in any other religious belief cared so much as to offer the only acceptable (free of sin) gift, Himself. This is the beauty of the Christian faith.

God doesn’t put people he loves in “hell”, those people choose that place as a replacement for God’s already done work on the cross. I firmly believe that if you were able to go to hell and ask someone there if they would like to change their mind and accept Jesus, they would respond in the negative! Why? Because they would rather have eternal pain and “hell fire” than to acknowledge Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

Even Stephen Hawkings gets this distinction (from an old debate):

One of the most intriguing aspects mentioned by Ravi Zacharias of a lecture he attended entitled “Determinism – Is Man a Slave or the Master of His Fate,” given by Stephen Hawking, who is the Lucasian Professor of Mathematics at Cambridge, Isaac Newton’s chair, was this admission by Dr. Hawking’s, was Hawking’s admission that if “we are the random products of chance, and hence, not free, or whether God had designed these laws within which we are free.” In other words, do we have the ability to make moral life choices, or do we simply follow a chemical reaction induced by millions of mutational collisions of free atoms? Michael Polyni mentions that this “reduction of the world to its atomic elements acting blindly in terms of equilibrations of forces,” a belief that has prevailed “since the birth of modern science, has made any sort of teleological view of the cosmos seem unscientific…. [to] the contemporary mind.”

Mortimer J. Adler points out in his book Ten Philosophical Mistakes that without true choice, free will, nature disallowes any talk of moral categories. He says “What merit would attach to moral virtue if the acts that form such habitual tendencies and dispositions were not acts of free choice on the part of the individual who was in the process of acquiring moral virtue? Persons of vicious moral character would have their characters formed in a manner no different from the way in which the character of a morally virtuous person was formed—by acts entirely determined, and that could not have been otherwise by freedom of choice.”

Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s maxim rings just as true today as it did in his day, “If there is no God, all things are permissible.” Without an absolute ethical norm, morality is reduced to mere preference and the world is a jungle where might makes right. This same strain of thought caused Mussolini to comment, “Everything I have said and done in these last years is relativism by intuition…. If relativism signifies contempt for fixed categories and men who claim to be bearers of an objective, immortal truth… then there is nothing more relativistic than fascistic attitudes and activity…. From the fact that all ideologies are of equal value, that all ideologies are mere fictions, the modern relativist infers that everybody has the right to create for himself his own ideology and to attempt to enforce it with all the energy of which he is capable.”

Notice that Mussolini agrees that might makes right. There was another bad boy on the block in those days, his name was Hitler, who agreed when he said, “I freed Germany from the stupid and degrading fallacies of conscience and morality… we will train young people before whom the world will tremble. I want young people capable of violence – imperious, relentless and cruel.” Again, the rejection of moral absolutes creates what? Young people who will scare the bejesus out of the world.  (Take note of the rise in youth violence in our school system.)

But what is this “absolute” that Mussolini referred to as “the immortal truth?” What is the “stupid and degrading fallacies of conscience and morality” that Hitler removed in order to created a nation of hate mongers? Heidegger, In Being and Time, discussed the problems facing men living in a post-Enlightenment secular world which he called“the dark night of the world.” A world in which the light of God had been eclipsed and in which men were left to grope around as best they could, searching in the darkness for any scraps of meaning that might be found. Is it any wonder then that Heidegger backed the National Socialists (Nazis) for most of the 1930’s. society – a world without God in other words.  Heidegger called this situation

Apologist, lawyer and theologian John Warwick Montgomery references this choice in a quick blurb about the existence of evil and a good God:

Opponents of theism have perennially argued that the natural and moral evils in the universe make the idea of an omnipotent and perfectly good God irrational. But if subjectivity (and its correlative, freewill) must be presupposed on the level of human action, and if God’s character as fully transcendent divine Subject serves to make human volition meaningful, then the existence of freewill in itself provides a legitimate explanation of evil. To create personalities without genuine freewill would not have been to create persons at all; and freewill means the genuine possibility of wrong decision, i.e., the creation of evil by God’s creatures (whether wide ranging natural and moral evil by fallen angels or limited chaos on earth by fallen mankind).

As for the argument that a good God should have created only those beings he would foresee as choosing the right – or that he could certainly eliminate the effects of his creatures’ evil decisions, the obvious answer is (as Plantinga develops it with great logical rigor in his God and Other Minds) that this would be tantamount to not giving freewill at all. To create only those who “must” (in any sense) choose good is to create automata; and to whisk away evil effects as they are produced is to whisk away evil itself, for an act and its consequences are bound together. C. S. Lewis has noted that God’s love enters into this issue as well, since the Biblical God created man out of love, and genuine freewill – without the free possibility of accepting love or rejecting it. Just as a boy who offers himself and his love to a girl must count on the real possibility of rejection, so when God originated a creative work that made genuine love possible, it by definition entailed the concomitant possibility of the evil rejection of his love by his creatures.

The choice is yours….

….All your answers will not be magically swept away, but you will be on a road of deeper understanding and a spiritual journey that includes love in it. No other world religion has this type of love story in it. Here is a witnessing situation that includes the above thinking, it is instructive to show how wide the divide is between us and our Lord:
