In a discussion with a person online about “consensus,” he list some retorts proving his point. I do not have time to refute everything he posts.  So I will onle dea with his first link:

This example of a good study is the biggest joke ever. A total of 77 climatologists replied. Seventy-five agreed. Here is the graphic representing this survey:

  • So where did that famous “consensus” claim that “98% of all scientists believe in global warming” come from? It originated from an endlessly reported 2009 American Geophysical Union (AGU) survey consisting of an intentionally brief two-minute, two question online survey sent to 10,257 earth scientists by two researchers at the University of Illinois. Of the about 3.000 who responded, 82% answered “yes” to the second question, which like the first, most people I know would also have agreed with.
  • Then of those, only a small subset, just 77 who had been successful in getting more than half of their papers recently accepted by peer-reviewed climate science journals, were considered in their survey statistic. That “98% all scientists” referred to a laughably puny number of 75 of those 77 who answered “yes”.
    That anything-but-scientific survey asked two questions. The first: “When compared with pre-1800s levels, do you think that mean global temperatures have generally risen, fallen, or remained relatively constant?”  Few would be expected to dispute this…the planet began thawing out of the “Little Ice Age” in the middle 19th century, predating the Industrial Revolution. (That was the coldest period since the last real Ice Age ended roughly 10,000 years ago.)
  • The second question asked: “Do you think human activity is a significant contributing factor in changing mean global temperatures?” So what constitutes “significant”? Does “changing” include both cooling and warming… and for both “better” and “worse”? And which contributions…does this include land use changes, such as agriculture and deforestation?

By the way, from that FORBES article I really liked this part:

Consider the National Academy of Sciences for example. In 2007, Congress appropriated $5,856,000 for NAS to complete a climate change study. The organization subsequently sold its conclusions in three separate report sections at $44 per download.

What scientific understanding breakthrough did that big taxpayer-financed budget buy? Namely that the Earth’s temperature has risen over the past 100 years, and that human activities have resulted in a steady atmospheric CO2 increase. This is hardly new information, and few scientists are likely to challenge either of these assertions, which essentially prove no link between the two observations. All professional scientists recognize that correlation does not establish causation.

Two things. LOT’S of money is involved in “proving” global warming. Which is unlike the skeptics monetary situation. Also, take note that the jump in logic is connecting Man’s CO2 to rising temperatures. By doing so, politicians get the power to get more power (legislate over peoples actions as well as businesses), and it allows these same politicians to tax people to fund their coffers, and then to pay for more studies. And round-and-round we go. Dr. Richard Lindzen observes that these people are really saying that “…regardless of evidence the answer is predetermined. If government wants carbon control, that is the answer that the Academies will provide.”

A caller challenged Michael Medved on the “system” backing the rich… to which Michael responded with some counter-points. The conversation turned to taxes, and I learned a bit about the flat-tax and the “graduated” aspect of even it.

Eco-Police – Writing Tickets For Improper Recycling

Just a warning… this Jewish fellow is very animated (to-say-the-least). But the point is scary… government is so big they will write tickets for your trash, tell you what kind of light-bulb to put in your house, and the like.

This is from the New York Post:

Recycling violations skyrocketed to nearly 56,000 citywide in the first six months of Mayor de Blasio’s tenure, a 47 percent surge over the same period last year under Mayor Bloomberg and 24 percent higher than in the first half of 2012.

Critics slammed de Blasio for the ticket blitz, saying it’s a blatant grab for greenbacks rather than a sign City Hall is going green.

“It’s really a shakedown,” said a co-op super on the Upper East Side, where summonses spiked 80 percent. “They’re opening the compactor bags, and if they see one piece of paper, they write us up.”

The blizzard of tickets — which range from $25 fines for small apartment buildings to $100 for stores or large apartment buildings — amounts to $2.3 million.

“It’s troublesome to see this in light of his statements about small-business owners,” said Joseph Strasburg, president of the Rent Stabilization Association, referring to Hizzoner’s pledge to make city agencies less “punitive.”…

  • Gov. Gary Johnson, the Libertarian Party candidate for president, said that he agrees with 73 percent of what Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) says, citing that libertarians agree with socialism as long as it’s voluntary.

Libertarian Party Chair Candidate Strips Naked Live on TV

(Washington Times) Something you’ll never see at a Democrat or Republican convention: A candidate for Libertarian Party chair on Sunday danced and stripped down to his thong before leaving the stage amid a chorus of boos.

James Weeks announced immediately after his striptease, which was performed to music, that he would drop out of the race, adding, “I’m sorry, that was a dare.”…

Mr. Weeks was apparently a late entry to the race for chair and his name was not listed on the party’s initial materials.

Here are some of the better comments on the YouTube Channel where the video is found as well as a few from LiveLeak:

  • This debate probably single-handedly destroyed all support of libertarianism among the “alt-right” by exposing their supporters as the autistic degenerate subhumans that they are.
  • This is why mandatory military service should be instituted for all males ages 16-20 years old.
  • The Founding Fathers… who were real Libertarians… are rolling in their graves.

Two Examples of Democrat Lawlessness ~ The Renegade Republican

This is a great example because it shows a double-standard in a tyrannical way about laws passed (right or wrong) and how the left views freedom and government — which is merely to suit their “power” goals.

The example shown in the audio is video of a Black Lives Matter woman using force and threat of violence to get her way against Milo Yiannopoulos and others. In leftist-Democrat-fairyland, this is acceptable… but sitting politely on stage and fielding dissenting questions is not.

The other issue Dan brings up is of the Westboro Baptists… apparently he is not aware that Fred Phelps and his wife were life-long Democrats. Fred Phelps even ran for office 5-times, each time as a Democrat.

Dr. Melina “The REAL Racist” Abdullah

In this lunatic political environment, conservatives who refuse to support the authoritarian progressive Donald Trump for reasons of principle are often accused of supporting his fellow authoritarian progressive Hillary Clinton and even — bizarrely — of being liberals. If this accusation has merit, then orthodox Jew Ben Shapiro must be a neo-Nazi:

Conservative commentator Ben Shapiro held a lecture at California State University, Los Angeles, in February. One week ago, university President William Covino hosted a “healing space” meeting to brainstorm ways CSULA can block speakers like Shapiro from visiting the school in the future.

As readers might recall, Shapiro’s views so threaten CSULA leftists that they resorted to pulling fire alarms in an attempt to prevent anyone from hearing him speak.

When asked by a student how he plans to block events like Shapiro’s from happening again, Covino didn’t offer a clear answer, only telling the student he believes — “very tragically and unfortunately” — the issue of hosting a conservative talker will arise again.

During the same session, professor Melinda Abdullah, chair of the college’s Pan-African Studies department, told Covino that she found Shapiro to be an advocate of “anti-blackness,” even calling him a “neo-Nazi,” which she said is “ironic” because she knows he’s Jewish.

I found this frail example of a woman (Professor Melina Abdullah) tearing up about racism a bit incredulous… and… frankly, ironic. Mmm, sorry, moronic. She actually associates with a REAL racist cult leader — Louise Farrakhan.

But, before getting into her connection with Louise Farrkhan, however, let us intimate why this even matters… why bring up Louise Farrakhan at all?

Here is why.

In a hypothetical using “Dubya” [George W. Bush] next to the reality of Farrakhan ~ I educated an “old school Democrat” with my memorized “bio” of Farrakhan in a conversation I had on vacation:

(Mr. Farrakhan also believes he was taken up on a UFO to meet God, and was told he was a little messiah, take note also that he was directly involved in the deaths of police officers as well.) Louise Farrakhan was featured twice on the church’s magazine which reach 20,000[plus] homes in the Chicago area. Even placing on the cover with Louise Farrakhan a third time the founder of the Nation of Islam, Elijah Muhammad. Elijah Muhammad likewise taught that the white man was created by Yakub 6,600 years ago. Walter, Louise Farrakhan teaches that the Jews in Israel do not belong there, and that the true Jews are the black people. Louise Farrakhan was invited into Obama’s church, to the pulpit and given a “lifetime achievement award.” In fact, the New Black Panthers and members of the Nation of Islam often times sat in the pews for sermons by Rev. Wright, whom Obama called a mentor. Not to mention Obama’s wife pictured with racist, anti-Semetic, UFO cult members…..

…in other words…

…Farrakhan is not merely a “black Archie Bunker”…

…he is much-much worse…
