Dr. Martin Kulldorf: Vaccine Mandates Damage Vaccine Confidence

Dr. Martin Kulldorf, a professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, says that vaccine mandates and vaccine passports have done more harm to the public’s trust in vaccines than anti-vaxxers have done in two decades. He says that in order to restore trust in public health, vaccines must be voluntary.

  • [Editor’s Note: which means people have to live with others who choose not to. And much like the Laffer Curve where more tax revenue is brought in with less “mandated” tax confiscation so to would liberty in choice bring more people voluntarily to get a vaccination.]

“Isolation Kills Too” | Mary Daniel

On March 10, 2020, Mary Daniel went to visit her husband at the Rosecastle Assisted Living and Memory Care facility like she did every evening after work. Eight years ago, he had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.

What Daniel did not realize was the next day she’d be told she could not come back. She, like thousands of other Americans, could no longer visit her loved one because of lockdown measures.

“The days turned into weeks and the weeks turned into months,” Daniel said. “My fear was that… I was going to miss that window of opportunity where he knew me and knew our love.”

Mary Daniel eventually got in as a dishwasher at her husband’s facility, and her story gained nationwide attention. Discovering thousands of Americans in similar situations, she founded the group “Caregivers for Compromise—Because Isolation Kills Too.” And Florida Governor Ron DeSantis brought her onto his task force to reopen long-term care facilities.

Incitement Narrative Collapses (UPDATED)

Newsmax host Rob Schmitt opened his show on Tuesday discussing the upcoming impeachment of private citizen Donald Trump. Schmitt also took time to mention the many irregularities, rule changes and fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Schmitt may be the only honest reporter left in America today.

QUOTE via FBI MEMOS:

Pipe bombs found near Capitol on Jan. 6 are believed to have been placed the night before. [RPT Note: planted at Democrats AND Republican offices]

[….]

One of the comments cited in the FBI memo declared Trump supporters should go to Washington and get “violent. Stop calling this a march, or rally, or a protest. Go there ready for war. We get our President or we die.” Some had been preparing for conflict for weeks.

[….]

In the week leading up to the rally and riot, Watkins and Caldwell were in regular contact as they talked about various groups of people meeting up on Jan. 5 and Jan. 6, according to an indictment filed this past week against them.

This was planned weeks ahead of time, the violent crowd had already entered the Capitol even before Trump was half-way through his speech:

  • Based on Chief Sund’s timeline, the riot at the Capitol began more than thirty minutes before Trump finished his speech, and long before he made the only comment that Democrats pointed to in order to back up their baseless claim that the president “encouraged” insurrection. (LIFESITE)

Again, the pipe-bombs were placed at both Republican and Democrat sites, the DAY BEFORE:

Just to be clear, While I am posting a portion by RIGHT SCOOP, this is them sending people to the fuller article, to quote:

Here is RS’s post:

The bombs were placed the night before. The plans were made weeks in advance. The riot mob and Trump’s rally audience were different groups.

The incitement narrative is “falling apart before our very eyes,” says Kyle Becker in an outstanding new column at his substack.

On January 6th, amid a large gathering at the nation’s capitol to protest what millions of Americans perceived to be illegitimately held elections in key swing states, the former president gave a speech. The timing of the speech was the convening of the Joint Session of Congress to validate the slates of electors from the Electoral College.

It has been argued that Donald Trump’s language at the speech, including using the words “fight” was deliberately incendiary. But let’s take a look at the actual language of the speech. Trump deliberately says “fight” in the commonplace political context:

For years, Democrats have gotten away with election fraud and weak Republicans. And that’s what they are. There’s so many weak Republicans. And we have great ones. Jim Jordan and some of these guys, they’re out there fighting. The House guys are fighting. But it’s, it’s incredible.

It should be noted further that allegations of election “fraud” are not incitement. Indeed, the same mainstream media accusing Trump of ‘inciting’ the crowd with fraud allegations accused Donald Trump himself of perpetrating fraud in the 2016 election.

Becker walks through several of the deceptive headlines that have poured out since January 6th (which is in fact its own form of incitement) and gets into the heart of it.

“For speech to meet the threshold of incitement, a speaker must, first, indicate a desire for violence and, second, demonstrate a capability or reasonable indication of capability to carry out the violence, according to Kevin Brock, former assistant director of intelligence for the FBI,” the report states.

It is quite obvious that the President of the United States, as Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces, and head of some of the most powerful intelligence agencies in the world, would not incite an “insurrection” or a “coup” from a mob of common political supporters and amateurish rabble like these fellows, who are suspiciously emblematic of the media’s warped reading of who is likely to be a Trump supporter:

After the U.S. Capitol riot, Democrats suddenly discovered law and order, and they no longer want to defund the police. But back during the Black Lives Matter riots throughout the summer of 2020, not so much. In this episode, Larry looks back at the comments made from the Democrats and the mainstream media, and how they served as cheerleaders for the rioters burning and looting in cities across America. Can you say… double standard?

A long montage (8-minutes), but the key point is the first few minutes of the longer montage. I have another montage of Democrats calling for violence here (RUMBLE)

California Education Failure: Progressive Minority Leadership in California

Many Californians wondered if a black or Hispanic politician would replace Kamala Harris in the U.S. Senate. After California Secretary of State Alex Padilla was chosen, Larry Elder looked into the effect of progressive minority leadership in California on things like education in the state. Does it actually make a difference? Unfortunately, California schools are failing students, even though research shows districts spend more money on poor and minority students than other children. Meanwhile, progressive politicians are still adamantly opposed to school choice.

GEORGIA

NATIONAL FILE has a recent story about Georgia’s move towards sanity:

A report coming out of the Georgia State Senate concludes that illegal activity took place on Nov. 3 contrary to what Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger insists

A new report from the Georgia State Senate’s Election Law Study Subcommittee found evidence of illegal activity executed by election workers at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta on November 3 and 4, 2020.

The Georgia Election Law Study Subcommittee is a subcommittee of the Georgia State Senate Judiciary Committee. Subcommittee Chairman, William Ligon (R), said the draft report has not been formally approved by either the subcommittee or the Judicial Committee.

“The events at the State Farm Arena are particularly disturbing because they demonstrated intent on the part of election workers to exclude the public from viewing the counting of ballots, an intentional disregard for the law. The number of votes that could have been counted in that length of time was sufficient to change the results of the presidential election and the senatorial contests,” the report reads.

“Furthermore, there appears to be coordinated illegal activities by election workers themselves who purposely placed fraudulent ballots into the final election totals.”

[….]

The subcommittee’s report acknowledged that a plethora of witnesses and experts testified about irregularities and fraud allegations during a public hearing earlier this month.

In summary, the legislators on the subcommittee wrote, the General Election “was chaotic and any reported results must be viewed as untrustworthy.”

ARIZONA

JUST THE NEWS as well has a promising move coming from Arizona:

The Republican party of Arizona announced on Monday that the state’s GOP electors will intervene in the case between Maricopa County and the Arizona state legislature over access to the county’s voting machines.

Kelli Ward, the chairwoman of the Arizona GOP, announced on Monday that the Maricopa County board of supervisors is refusing to comply with a legislative subpoena from the State Senate Judiciary Committee that requires the board to conduct an audit of the county’s Dominion Voting Systems machines to determine the legitimacy of the outcome of last month’s presidential election.

Instead of complying, the board of supervisors is suing the senate committee to avoid handing over the subpoenaed materials and machinery. The board, in its suit, argues that they cannot conduct a forensic audit of the voting machines because they are entangled in litigation (of their own making).

The board also argues that an audit would jeopardize the secrecy of the ballots from electors. Ward however, said, “There is nothing that stops them from doing the audit.”

The Arizona Republicans are now moving to intervene in the case in an effort to ensure the forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems machines takes place.

“We are entering into this case,” said Ward. Lawyers for Maricopa County have, according to Ward, accused the Senate Judiciary Committee “of just wanting to get this data so that they can give it to us (the Arizona GOP).”

The purpose of the legal intervention from the Arizona Republicans is to ensure that the State Senate Judiciary Committee’s legislative subpoena is followed by the Maricopa County board. “We are doing everything possible to stop the steal, to maintain election integrity, and to force honesty into this process,” said Ward……

WISCONSIN

AND, out of Wisconsin comes news about an upper court win for Trump — DAVID HARRIS JR.

President Trump finally won one in the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Of course, the media is concentrating on the case he lost. In that case, the Wisconsin Supreme Court refused to throw out 221,000 votes.

A victory would have won the state for Trump who is only behind by a little over 20,000 votes.

According to far-left Washington Post:

The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Monday rejected President Donald Trump’s lawsuit attempting to overturn his loss to Democrat Joe Biden in the battleground state, ending Trump’s legal challenges in state court about an hour before the Electoral College was to meet to cast the state’s 10 votes for Biden.

The ruling came after the court held arguments Saturday, the same day a federal judge dismissed another Trump lawsuit seeking to overturn his loss in the state. Trump appealed that ruling.

Trump sought to have more than 221,000 ballots disqualified in Dane and Milwaukee counties, the state’s two most heavily Democratic counties. He wanted to disqualify absentee ballots cast early and in-person, saying there wasn’t a proper written request made for the ballots; absentee ballots cast by people who claimed “indefinitely confined” status; absentee ballots collected by poll workers at Madison parks; and absentee ballots where clerks filled in missing information on ballot envelopes.

But it is the second ruling that could give Wisconsin to Trump provided the Democrats allow the Republicans to see the ballots and challenge them. These 215,000 ballots are from people who are allegedly “indefinitely confined.”….

John Hinderaker & Patrick Basham Discuss Voter Fraud

POWERLINE H-T:

Over the next few years, books will be written about the 2020 presidential election. Some will argue that the Democrats stole the election through widespread voter fraud. Others will argue that while safeguards were lax and there was a good bit of fraud, Joe Biden would have won the election anyway. I doubt that anyone will argue that Biden, the sad shell of a man who at his best was a low-grade hack, received more than 81 million legitimate votes.

Guest hosting the Dan Proft Show on Thursday, I interviewed Patrick Basham, Founding Director of the Democracy Institute, on the subject of voter fraud. The interview runs around 20 minutes and is a good, if incomplete, summary of what we know now. Basham has a piece in the Epoch Times [unlocked at SGT REPORT] titled “Overwhelming Evidence of Outcome-Altering Voting Irregularities.”

The malfeasance is cataloged at the site, HereIsTheEvidence.com, and by journalist Sharyl Attkisson.

The following sections highlight recently documented nefariousness in five pivotal states.

ARIZONA

A witness at the Arizona state legislative hearing testified to trucks of ballots arriving to be counted for 10 days after the election. Her supervisors gave no answer as to why the ballots kept arriving.

A data expert testified Arizona’s voting statistic abnormalities can only be recreated by manually adjusting the values of each candidate. Furthermore, expert witness Bobby Piton testified that he personally wouldn’t have certified Arizona’s election based on the mathematical abnormalities and impossibilities before him.

In a paper published Dec. 4 by the non-partisan Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project, data experts estimate that 300,000 potentially fraudulent ballots influenced the outcome, including more than 200,000 illegal ballots that were counted and about 75,000 legal votes that were not counted.

GEORGIA

At the Georgia State Senate Oversight Committee’s Dec. 3 hearing, legislators were presented with over 100 sworn affidavits, as witnesses, including local election officials, testified to potential fraud and irregularities, while statistical experts critiqued the implausible results.

The election department sent home the ballot counters at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, at 10:30 p.m. on Election Day. The supervisor told Republican poll watchers to leave because counting was done.

Yet, surveillance tape shows four election workers subsequently pulling ballots out of cases hidden underneath a table. Between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. the counting of tens of thousands of ballots continued without Republican poll watchers present. A massive vote spike for Biden was recorded at 1:34 a.m.

The Trump legal team established that 2,056 felons voted illegally; 66,248 underage teenagers voted; 2,423 voted that weren’t registered to vote; 1,043 illegally voted using a PO Box; 4,926 voted past the legal registration date; 10,315 who died before the election; 395 cast ballots in two states, which is illegal in both states; 15,700 filed changes of address to move out of state prior to Election Day; and 40,279 moved to a different county and failed to re-register to vote in the new one.

In a state Biden leads by only 12,670 votes, the Amistad Project puts the number of illegal votes counted and legal votes not counted at more than 200,000. Hence, the Trump campaign’s Dec. 4 lawsuit detailing thousands of voting irregularities and fraud.

MICHIGAN

At the Dec. 2 Michigan State Senate Oversight Committee hearing, three witnesses, including a Dominion Voting Systems employee, attested that on Nov. 4 at 4:30 a.m. a truck arrived at the rear of the polling station basement with 100,000 ballots in garbage cans. A staffing company employee contracted by Dominion testified that batches of ballots were scanned eight to 10 times. One witness was told to backdate ballots with phony dates.

According to one expert’s sworn affidavit, in the Michigan precincts of Kent, Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne there were 289,866 more ballots processed than humanly possible, given the time and equipment on hand. The Amistad Project’s experts identified more than 500,000 potentially fraudulent ballots state-wide. Biden’s lead is 154,188 votes.

NEVADA

In Nevada, Biden’s lead is only 33,596 votes. Evidence submitted to a Dec. 3 court hearing documented the following: 4,000 non-citizens voted; 8,000 ballots cast by voters with addresses that are physically non-existent; 15,000 votes cast by those registered at vacant or commercial property addresses; 42,000 Nevadans voted twice; 1,500 dead people voted; and 20,000 voters had out-of-state addresses.

According to the Election Integrity Project, 2,410 Nevada voters registered to vote in California but voted unlawfully in Nevada. Over 140,000 illegal aliens were registered to vote and sent ballots using a DMV loophole where illegals who apply for licenses are automatically signed up to vote.

PENNSYLVANIA

On to Pennsylvania, where Jesse Morgan, a truck driver for a subcontractor with the U.S. Postal Service, signed a sworn affidavit that he drove 288,000 completed ballots from Long Island, New York, across state lines to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Morgan says the trailer he was driving subsequently disappeared overnight from its parked location.

Based upon witnesses and expert analyses, the Trump legal team contends that on election night 848,977 votes were entered secretly with no observation. The Amistad Project found over 100,000 potentially fraudulent ballots; Biden leads Trump by 81,660 votes.

Larry Elder Interviewed by Epoch Times, American Thought Leaders

A great interview. I paid for the streaming of this documentary spoken about, but will watch it this weekend.

1:23 New “Uncle Tom” documentary
10:53 Stats don’t show systemic police racism
14:30 Why police body cams are a good idea
28:12 The rise of “revenge culture”
38:39 Affirmative action is condescending?
44:03 Issues in the Black Lives Matter movement

Are police actually using deadly force disproportionately against black people? And how does the focus on police overshadow other monumental problems facing black America today?

Why is believing that, black lives matter, not the same as supporting the Black Lives Matter organization?

And, why are black conservatives often excluded from mainstream public awareness and discourse?

In this episode, we sit down again with radio talk show personality and bestselling author Larry Elder, who hosts The Larry Elder Show for The Epoch Times. He is the executive producer of the new documentary “Uncle Tom.”

President Trump also raised concerns about corruption. He first raised these concerns in connection with reports of Ukrainian actions in the 2016 presidential election. Trump’s Legal Team, Day One (PLUS: Footnote 565)

What follows are some strong arguments (I think) against the Democrats case against Donald J. Trump’s impeachment. However, FIRST and FOREMOST, here is the Trump Legal Team’s first day in the Senate defending Trump and responding to the House Managers for impeachment of a sitting President:

PJ-MEDIA has a must read for those interested, they explain each one succinctly… which I merely:

10. Ambassador Volker testified there was no effort to pressure Ukraine to investigate the Bidens
9. Ambassador Taylor testified there was ‘no linkage’ between military aid and investigations
8. Ambassador Taylor testified Ukraine was unaware the lethal aid was being withheld
7. Ambassador Sondland testified Trump didn’t want anything from Ukraine, no quid pro quo
6. Ambassador Sondland testified he had no evidence of a quid pro quo other than his ‘own presumption’
5. Lt. Col. Vindman admitted Hunter Biden wasn’t qualified to be on Burisma’s board
4. Lt. Col. Vindman and Jennifer Williams both agreed Hunter’s position at Burisma had the potential for the appearance of a conflict of interest
3. Ambassador Taylor basically admitted Hunter Biden’s position at Burisma ‘raises questions’
2. Marie Yovanovitch confirmed that there was concern in the Obama State Department about Hunter Biden’s conflict of interest at Burisma
1. George Kent said there were legit concerns about Hunter Biden, and Burisma should be investigated

ARI MELBER

RIGHT SCOOP sets this clip with the followin: “This is pretty great. Ari Melber actually told the MSNBC panel and their audience that the Democrats did not prove their case that Trump committed obstruction of Congress, and everyone flipped out.” By “flipped out,” they mean Lefties responses to this commentary, which you should see on RS’s site:

JOHN BARRASSO

This, however, was great… via GATEWAY PUNDIT who said “Deputy White House Counsel Mike Purpura opened the White House defense of President Donald Trump with video of Adam Schiff’s fake call and transcript he read during the House impeachment proceedings. Mike Purpura played the video immediately after taking the podium on Saturday. And there Schiff was lying his face off for the whole world to see….”

PATRICK PHILBIN

LEGAL INSURRECTION discusses the first day of the Trump teams response to the House managers. In this first day they challenged the credibility of Schiff, which the above commentary shows as well. LI says this: “It seemed that almost every time I turned on the TV, he was talking and talking and talking. Schiff is the person most behind the impeachment push and the biased House proceedings. We all know that. But the Republican trial team, particularly Patrick Philbin, skewered Schiff today with Schiff’s own prior lies and deceptions. Philbin addressed Schiff’s prior claim to have knowledge of evidence of collusion by the Trump campaign with Russia, evidence that not even Mueller found, showing Schiff’s opinion’s and claims to have evidence to be unreliable…”

JONATHAN TURLEY

Professor Jonathan Turley notes WELL a major misstep by the House Managers accusing the Senate (among others) of a cover-up… bombastic presentations in the House may be the norm. But not in the Senate:

Who exactly are the “Resistance,” as explored in Kim Strassel’s new book “Resistance (At All Costs): How Trump Haters are Breaking America”?

How are “Trump haters” different from “Trump critics?” How is the Resistance different from past political movements? What are the long-term implications of its activities? And how are the media involved?

And, how can the Trump “impeachment inquiry” be seen as the latest chapter of the Resistance’s efforts?

This is American Thought Leaders??, and I’m Jan Jekielek.

Larry Elder Responds To CNN’s Accusations Regarding Trump

Larry Elder looks into 5 accusations that CNN made against president Trump. Did Trump call himself the chosen one? Did he praise conspiracy theorists? Did he call the Danish Prime Minister “nasty”? Did he flip flop on tax cuts, and did he blame Obama to defend his administration? Larry checks each one of these claims to see if they’re true and if Trump’s actions are unprecedented.

I also asked Larry Elder where he found the clip at the end… he said, Kentucky Fried Movie. A movie I think Terrence K. Williams has on loop in his home. Here are some of my posts on these recent “flaps” (My post on “FREYDO“):
