Senator Josh Hawley — BEAST MODE

Via RIGHT SCOOP:

After four years of that, being told that the last election was fake and that Donald Trump wasn’t really elected and that Russia intervened – after four years that, now these same people are told ‘You just sit down and shut up; if you have any concerns about election integrity you’re a nutcase and you should shut up.’

Well I tell you what. 74 million Americans are not going to shut up and telling them that their views don’t matter and that their concerns don’t matter, that they should just be quiet, is not a recipe for success in this country. It’s not a recipe for the unity that I hear now the other side is suddenly so interested in after years and years of trying to delegitimize President Donald Trump.

So suffice it to say that I’m not too keen on lectures about how Missourians and others who voted for President Trump, and now have some concerns about fraud, about integrity, about compliance with the law, should just be quiet and that they are somehow not patriotic if they raise these questions. It’s absolutely unbelievable.

Be “Cautiously Optimistic” About These Vaccines

Remember, I am not saying “DON’T TAKE IT,” I am saying “be cautiously optimistic.” Me? I will wait a while.

I also think (other than the points made by the doc) that the very few subjects that got Covid-19 is no way to say something is 95% effective…

  • Ninety-five people in the study developed Covid-19 with symptoms; of those, 90 had received a placebo and only five Moderna’s vaccine. The findings, from a 30,000-subject trial that is still under way, move the vaccine closer to wide use, because they indicate it is effective at preventing disease that causes symptoms, including severe cases…. (WALL STREET JOURNAL)

The only way you could reeaally say 95% effective rate is to have [for example] 200 people, 100 of them got the real vaccine, the other 100 the placebo. All 200 were exposed equally to “The Vid” and then a result is tabulated from that. Other considerations are noted in this newer audio. A caller asks a good question regarding how wide the divide is for the reasoning behind being “optimistically cautious” about the vaccine, and why, man may wait a bit to take it — if at all. Good response to this “dueling reality” by Dr. Victory.

John Eastman’s Thoughts On 2020 Election Fraud

Rumble — Larry Elder had Dr. John Eastman on his show to discuss the legal challenges of the Trump team and where they are today. I actually do not include the beginning of the interview — rather, I wanted to isolate the discussion of the voter fraud and the recent forensic look at one counties Dominion machines.

  • “The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of 1 in 250,000 ballots (.0008%). We observed an error rate of 68.05%. This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity,” the report states. “The results of the Antrim County 2020 election are not certifiable. This is a result of machine and/or software error, not human error.” (GATESTONE)
  • Here’s Fulton County’s election director admitting to adjudicating 94% of his county’s ballots. Is anyone going to ask him why 94% of the ballots registered an error? Doesn’t that seem too high? (PJ-MEDIA |Georgia Elections Director Casually Admits That 94% Of 113,000 Ballots Needed Adjudication)

Senate Hearing On Early Outpatient Treatment for COVID-19

Peter McCullough, MD and Sen. Ron Johnson Speak with Sean Hannity on November 20, 2020. Guide at http://covidpatientguide.com

Pierre Kory, M.D., Associate Professor of Medicine at St. Luke’s Aurora Medical Center, delivers passionate testimony during the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee hearing on “Early Outpatient Treatment: An Essential Part of a COVID-19 Solution, Part II.”

(The entire senate hearing can be seen HERE.)

Moments after speaking before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, Dr. Pierre Kory joined NewsNOW from FOX. The President of the Frontline COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) called for the government to swiftly review the already expansive and still rapidly emerging medical evidence on Ivermectin.

Election Fraud Claims Debunked with Democratic Media Bunk

Presidential election fraud claims get debunked in the mainstream media. But the Democratic media bunk doesn’t add up. This isn’t over yet, and Bill wants you to join the fight.

John Hinderaker & Patrick Basham Discuss Voter Fraud

POWERLINE H-T:

Over the next few years, books will be written about the 2020 presidential election. Some will argue that the Democrats stole the election through widespread voter fraud. Others will argue that while safeguards were lax and there was a good bit of fraud, Joe Biden would have won the election anyway. I doubt that anyone will argue that Biden, the sad shell of a man who at his best was a low-grade hack, received more than 81 million legitimate votes.

Guest hosting the Dan Proft Show on Thursday, I interviewed Patrick Basham, Founding Director of the Democracy Institute, on the subject of voter fraud. The interview runs around 20 minutes and is a good, if incomplete, summary of what we know now. Basham has a piece in the Epoch Times [unlocked at SGT REPORT] titled “Overwhelming Evidence of Outcome-Altering Voting Irregularities.”

The malfeasance is cataloged at the site, HereIsTheEvidence.com, and by journalist Sharyl Attkisson.

The following sections highlight recently documented nefariousness in five pivotal states.

ARIZONA

A witness at the Arizona state legislative hearing testified to trucks of ballots arriving to be counted for 10 days after the election. Her supervisors gave no answer as to why the ballots kept arriving.

A data expert testified Arizona’s voting statistic abnormalities can only be recreated by manually adjusting the values of each candidate. Furthermore, expert witness Bobby Piton testified that he personally wouldn’t have certified Arizona’s election based on the mathematical abnormalities and impossibilities before him.

In a paper published Dec. 4 by the non-partisan Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project, data experts estimate that 300,000 potentially fraudulent ballots influenced the outcome, including more than 200,000 illegal ballots that were counted and about 75,000 legal votes that were not counted.

GEORGIA

At the Georgia State Senate Oversight Committee’s Dec. 3 hearing, legislators were presented with over 100 sworn affidavits, as witnesses, including local election officials, testified to potential fraud and irregularities, while statistical experts critiqued the implausible results.

The election department sent home the ballot counters at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, at 10:30 p.m. on Election Day. The supervisor told Republican poll watchers to leave because counting was done.

Yet, surveillance tape shows four election workers subsequently pulling ballots out of cases hidden underneath a table. Between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. the counting of tens of thousands of ballots continued without Republican poll watchers present. A massive vote spike for Biden was recorded at 1:34 a.m.

The Trump legal team established that 2,056 felons voted illegally; 66,248 underage teenagers voted; 2,423 voted that weren’t registered to vote; 1,043 illegally voted using a PO Box; 4,926 voted past the legal registration date; 10,315 who died before the election; 395 cast ballots in two states, which is illegal in both states; 15,700 filed changes of address to move out of state prior to Election Day; and 40,279 moved to a different county and failed to re-register to vote in the new one.

In a state Biden leads by only 12,670 votes, the Amistad Project puts the number of illegal votes counted and legal votes not counted at more than 200,000. Hence, the Trump campaign’s Dec. 4 lawsuit detailing thousands of voting irregularities and fraud.

MICHIGAN

At the Dec. 2 Michigan State Senate Oversight Committee hearing, three witnesses, including a Dominion Voting Systems employee, attested that on Nov. 4 at 4:30 a.m. a truck arrived at the rear of the polling station basement with 100,000 ballots in garbage cans. A staffing company employee contracted by Dominion testified that batches of ballots were scanned eight to 10 times. One witness was told to backdate ballots with phony dates.

According to one expert’s sworn affidavit, in the Michigan precincts of Kent, Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne there were 289,866 more ballots processed than humanly possible, given the time and equipment on hand. The Amistad Project’s experts identified more than 500,000 potentially fraudulent ballots state-wide. Biden’s lead is 154,188 votes.

NEVADA

In Nevada, Biden’s lead is only 33,596 votes. Evidence submitted to a Dec. 3 court hearing documented the following: 4,000 non-citizens voted; 8,000 ballots cast by voters with addresses that are physically non-existent; 15,000 votes cast by those registered at vacant or commercial property addresses; 42,000 Nevadans voted twice; 1,500 dead people voted; and 20,000 voters had out-of-state addresses.

According to the Election Integrity Project, 2,410 Nevada voters registered to vote in California but voted unlawfully in Nevada. Over 140,000 illegal aliens were registered to vote and sent ballots using a DMV loophole where illegals who apply for licenses are automatically signed up to vote.

PENNSYLVANIA

On to Pennsylvania, where Jesse Morgan, a truck driver for a subcontractor with the U.S. Postal Service, signed a sworn affidavit that he drove 288,000 completed ballots from Long Island, New York, across state lines to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Morgan says the trailer he was driving subsequently disappeared overnight from its parked location.

Based upon witnesses and expert analyses, the Trump legal team contends that on election night 848,977 votes were entered secretly with no observation. The Amistad Project found over 100,000 potentially fraudulent ballots; Biden leads Trump by 81,660 votes.

If Trump Is A Racist… He Needs To Go Back To Racism School

  • 49% of Democrats think Trump voters are racist — July 2019
  • 83% of Democrats think Trump is racist — June 2020

After becoming the leader of the Democratic party in the Senate in 2017, Schumer spent the last four long years accusing time and time again President Trump is a racist. Flashback to 1974: Sen. Schumer came to power as an Assemblyman by an overtly racist scheme he created to force out Black people from a neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York. Much to his dismay, the plan failed, and the residents remained in the neighborhood with nicer digs. To this day, the saint of anti-racism somehow still has a no-fly zone over him.

If Trump Is A Racist… He Needs To Go Back To Racism School.

President Trump is still constantly called racist by many people, but his policies towards black Americans prove quite the opposite. Larry takes a deep dive into the various policies and positions the President has taken that have benefited black Americans across the nation.

In the midst of The Democratic Party and the media labeling President Trump’s remarks about Congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Illhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and Ayanna Pressley as racist, Larry decides to do some digging. What did the president actually say? How long has the Democratic Party been labeling Republicans as racist? Have race relations actually worsened under Trump? Larry answers all these questions and more in this week’s episode.

….78% of Democrats, according to an August 2018 Gallup poll, believe that “Russians interfered in the 2016 campaign and that it changed the outcome of the election.” Never mind that Jeh Johnson, President Barack Obama’s secretary of Homeland Security, in his 2017 prepared testimony before Congress, said: “On Election Day, DHS assembled a crisis-response team to rapidly address any reported cyber intrusions into the election process. To my current knowledge, the Russian government did not through any cyber intrusion alter ballots, ballot counts or reporting of election results.”

Whatever Russia, China or Iran did to meddle with our elections pales in comparison to the impact of our biased, bigoted, Republican-hating, class-warfare waging, secular, “health care is a right,” “there’s no such thing as illegal people, only ‘undocumented,'” Donald Trump-hating media. Let’s compare the impact of Russian, Chinese or Iranian election interference with the election interference of the American media.

In his book “Left Turn: How Liberal Media Bias Distorts the American Mind,” Professor Tim Groseclose, economics and political science professor, attempts to quantify the impact of our left-wing media. How do our overwhelmingly liberal media affect how Americans think and vote? Groseclose wrote in 2011:

“For the past several years, I have researched this question, trying to solve the following thought experiment: What if media bias were suddenly to disappear? In such a world, how would America look and act politically?

“The answer is, approximately like Texas.” (Note: This year, President Trump handily won that state.)

“More specifically, if media bias were to disappear, according to the analysis, then America would think and vote like any region that voted around 56-43 percent for Republican John McCain in the last presidential election. Besides Texas, such regions include Kansas, North Dakota, Kentucky, Salt Lake County, Utah, and Orange County, Calif.”

Dean Baquet, executive editor of The New York Times, once admitted, “The left, as a rule, does not want to hear thoughtful disagreement.” Given this mentality, liberals, Democrats and the media find Trump absolutely, positively insufferable. This raises a question. Mr. Biden, which side needs to heal?

Slavery’s Twist of Fate (Larry Elder and Roger D. McGrath)

Some amazing discussion about the beginnings of slavery, as well as more information on indentured servitude and the first legal slave owner:

Slavery’s Ironic Twist of Fate,” By Roger D. McGrath

Instrumental in establishing slavery in Virginia was an African slave, later known as Anthony Johnson, who was sold in Jamestown as an indentured servant in 1621 to a tobacco farmer with the surname of Bennet. By that time, tobacco had become the highly profitable cash crop of the colony and tobacco farms had begun filling up the hinterland of Jamestown.  Johnson was one of the few on the Bennet farm who survived the Massacre of 1622, a surprise Indian attack on the farms surrounding Jamestown that left 347 colonists dead and mutilated. Johnson’s luck held, because the next year the Bennet farm had its first female indentured servant, an African called Mary, whom he married.

By the 1630s, Johnson was free of his indenture and, as was customary, received 50 acres of farmland from the colonial government. Soon he was selling crops of tobacco and importing indentured servants himself. For every servant he brought to Virginia he received 50 acres of land. By 1651, Johnson farmed 250 acres of land and had five indentured servants, four of them white and one black, a man named John Casor.

Claiming Johnson had kept him in servitude long beyond any term of indenture, Casor went to work for a neighboring farmer, Robert Parker. With Parker championing Casor’s cause the dispute went into the courts in 1654. Johnson argued that Casor had been sold in Africa as a slave and Johnson had bought him without Casor having signed a contract of indenture. Therefore, said Johnson, Casor was simply his property.

At first, the court rejected Johnson’s precedent-setting argument but, after an appeal in 1655 declared in Johnson’s favor, Casor was Johnson’s property and would remain so until Johnson sold him or freed him. There had been an indentured servant in Virginia sentenced to lifetime servitude as a punishment for a crime in 1641, but it was the Casor case that formally established the legal precedent for slavery. It is one of the ironies of history that a black African, Anthony Johnson, could be called the Father of American Slavery.

In 1661, the Virginia House of Burgesses, recognizing the Casor decision, enacted a statute that said any free person—white, black, or Indian—could own servants for life. This didn’t mean much to Indians who had practiced slavery for centuries anyway, but it did mean that the Indian tribes of the southeast would eventually own thousands of black slaves…..
