Rumble — Mark Issler fills in for Dennis Prager and I thought his rant was note worthy. I add some video and a caller. My son is military… Biden is his commander-n-Chief. I am not in the military. I would still take a bullet for Biden because he holds an office and American tradition that needs protection. But my respect. Nope. I am in the Issler corner.

Would Any of This Be Right?

Now, for those fair-minded people who support Biden, may I ask a few questions? Do you believe

  1. It would be wrong for election supervisors to coach workers to correct mail-in ballots for Biden, but not for Trump?
  2. That it would also be wrong for election workers to coach voters to vote for Biden and Democrats, and follow them to the ballot station?
  3. It would be wrong for poll workers to go out to a Biden-Harris van in the middle of the night and fill out ballots?
  4. That it would be likewise wrong for poll workers to fill in the names of people who hadn’t yet voted when a “voter” comes in who is not on the voter rolls?
  5. It’s wrong for poll workers to ignore matching signature requirements?
  6. That it’s wrong for counting centers to keep Republican poll watchers from observing hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots?
  7. It was wrong for Philadelphia Democrats to ignore a court order that demanded poll watchers have their rightful access?
  8. That it’s wrong for a Democratic- controlled ballot-counting center Fulton County, Georgia to tell GOP observers they were done counting for the night … then resume counting the minute the observers left?
  9. It was wrong for Nevada voting officials to fabricate proof of residence data for non-eligible voters?
  10. That it was likewise wrong for postal supervisors in several states to order workers to pre-date late arriving ballots, so it would falsely appear they arrived on time?
  11. It is wrong to cast ballots using the dead?
  12. That it is wrong to count ballots from people ineligible to vote in a particular state?
  13. It is wrong for a state supreme court to ignore state law and the U.S. constitution to change the voting rules right before an election? Rules guaranteed to make the process more susceptible to fraud?

Each of those statements is asserted in 131 sworn affidavits from poll workers, poll watchers and whistleblowers or happened in broad daylight.

So please answer me honestly: How many of these wrongs laid out in lawsuits are you willing to outright dismiss? Doesn’t fairness dictate you at least listen to what these people have to say? How many people must swear under penalty of imprisonment for perjury before you acknowledge the vote tallies are horribly tarnished?

Would Any of This Be Suspicious?

Now, my Biden-supporting (or Trump-hating) friends, can we do a little gut check? Aren’t you a little bit queasy about …

  1. Tens of thousands of ballots suddenly appearing from out-of-state with only the presidential race filled out … and all filled out for Joe Biden?
  2. Hundreds of thousands of votes popping up overnight election night … after the inexplicable halt in counting … in some places, 100% for Joe Biden?
  3. Philadelphia, a city notorious for election fraud, absolutely refusing to let Republican observers anywhere near the people handling mail-in ballots?
  4. In several states, piles of Trump votes suddenly getting taken from him, then the same exact number suddenly popping up for Biden?
  5. Dominion, the company behind the election system used in these states, being connected to the Clinton Foundation and George Soros?
  6. Dozens of states accepting Dominion’s system, despite its security weaknesses being so evident that Texas rejected it three times?
  7. The Associated Press reporting just last year that Dominion and its sister companies “had long skimped on security in favor of convenience and operated under a shroud of financial and operational secrecy despite their critical role in elections.”
  8. Lindsay Graham’s report on evidence of a ballot harvesting operation at Pennsylvania nursing homes which could have netted Biden 25,000 votes? (Ballot harvesting is illegal in Pennsylvania.)
  9. Biden vote totals in specific swing cities … and nowhere else … exceeding Obama’s by up to 40%?
  10. Vote tallies for Biden in Milwaukee exceeding Obama’s 2008 landslide …despite Milwaukee having fewer people than it did in 2008? (And despite Donald Trump greatly increasing his share of the minority vote.) 
  11. Joe Biden underperforming Hillary Clinton almost everywhere … except in a couple crucial swing state cities … and only after counting in those states was halted?
  12. Joe Biden handily losing bell-weather states Florida and Ohio, but somehow defying history and won? This despite very little campaigning, a non-existent ground game, and a campaign message that ran counter to the economic interests of the American people.

CANARY IN A COAL MINE:

Massive 78% Of Mail-In Ballots Proved Fraudulent, Judge Orders Election Do-Over. (NATIONAL PULSE)

“In the sixty-four-page order, Judge Jeff Weill not only calls for a new election but also finds evidence of fraud and criminal activity, in how absentee ballots were handled, how votes were counted, and the actions by some at the polling place,” local news reports.

The race in question – a Democratic primary – occurred in Ward 1 or Aberdeen, Mississippi for the position of alderman between candidates Robert Devaull and Nicholas Holliday.

The judge’s ruling revealed that sixty-six of eighty-four absentee ballots – nearly 79 percent –  cast in the June runoff were fraudulent.

Notary Dallas Jones, responsible for authorizing the fraudulent ballots, testified that she notarized “about 30 something ballots” at one house alone.

The investigation also found that 83 regular ballots were counted without being initialed by election workers.

“The court is of the opinion there is probable cause that several individuals involved in the disturbances during election day at the polling precinct ‘willfully and corruptly violated’ one or more of the above criminal statutes,” court filings state. ……

Court Cases – Election 2020

Here is the skinny, well laid out by RED STATE:

…..The Left’s message to the public is that there were no consequential 2020 Presidential election malfeasance, irregularities or illegalities — supposedly because the courts objectively and thoroughly investigated those claims, and ruled them to be unfounded.

Neither element of that assertion is even remotely true.

To counter the later part of that false narrative, a team of independent volunteer (unpaid) scientists and engineers recently put together a List of Lawsuits involving the 2020 Presidential election. In it we identified the issues at stake, how each case was treated by the courts, what evidence was objectively analyzed, who won and lost, etc.

We tried to walk a narrow line of not only having a comprehensive list, but also information easy enough for the public to understand. (For example, since none of us are attorneys, we consciously tried to avoid unnecessary legal jargon.)

To further assist in the understanding of this important list, we simplified 20+ pages of filings and decisions on each case into a one or two sentence summary. (If we didn’t do justice to any of these, please let me know and I’ll issue an update.)

Another idea we implemented was to color-code the decisions — to make it easy for the reader to segregate the various outcomes.

Lastly, we passed this list by over a dozen lawyers involved with election-related lawsuits. The typical response we received was “Excellent!”.

So what are the takeaways?

To begin with our list shows that there have been seventy-five (75) lawsuits filed that are relevant to the 2020 Presidential election. (Note 1: we are counting an original filing, plus additional appeals as one single case. Note 2: other lawsuits are possibly undiscovered.)

The results to date are:

a) Eight cases have been withdrawn or consolidated. (These are not wins or losses to either side.)

b) Twenty-five cases have been stopped from proceeding (dismissed) due to legal technicalities (standing, timing, jurisdiction, etc.). These have nothing to do with the merits of the case and should also not be considered wins or losses for either side. That more than a third of the lawsuits were not allowed to proceed to an evidentiary hearing is more of an indictment that many judges appear to be afraid of opening this pandora’s box. Considering the importance of election integrity to our country, it’s a shame for them to hide behind subjective legal technicalities. How is that in the interest of the citizens in our country?

In any case, this leaves us with forty-two (42) lawsuits relevant to the 2020 Presidential election where a judge has ruled (or hopefully will rule) on the merits. The results so far are:

c) Nineteen cases are completed (adjudicated). These are where the court heard arguments, considered evidence (where applicable), and then formally ruled on statutory issues (e.g. the legality of a state’s election process), etc. Of these:

i) Eleven cases were WON by Trump, et al, and

ii) Eight cases were lost by Trump, et al.

d) Twenty-three cases are still active and have not yet been decided — so the ultimate winner and loser of these cases has not been determined.

So, Trump (et al) have WON the majority of 2020 election cases fully heard, and then decided on the merits! Is that what the mainstream media is reporting?…..

 

 

 

 

Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee (Full Jovan Testimony Added)

Inventor Jovan Hutton Pulitzer was in front of the Georgia Senate today and he totally destroyed Georgia’s 2020 election results.

Jovan Pulitzer on Wednesday told Georgia lawmakers he hacked into Dominion voting systems at a Georgia polling place.

Pulitzer confirmed that the Georgia runoff IS connected to the internet.

He established a two-way communication from a polling pad in a voting center.

“At this very moment at a polling location in the county, not only do we have access through the devices to the poll pad–the system, but WE ARE IN,” Pulitzer said.

He continued, “And it’s not supposed to have WiFi and that’s not supposed to be able to happen so we’ve documented now it’s communicating two ways in real time, meaning it’s receiving data and sending data — should never happen, shouldn’t be WiFi, we’ve now documented it in real time.

What this shows is that the CEO of Dominion lied, and NTD’S report is correct:

Jovan Pulitzer is also the guy that DAVID HARRIS JR. notes got the entire Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee to unanimously pass a motion to audit Fulton County’s absentee ballots using his method (I have been reading on Twitter they have to be in session for it to go anywhere… GRRRR):

I would love to see it but the Democrat’s puppets running the elections will probably find a way to stop it. But the plan is to let famous inventor, Jovan Pulitzer.

Pulitzer who has volunteered to do a count in Fulton County for free has pointed out that the ballot forms for Republicans are different in red counties and blue counties.

He found that the code for the ballots in red counties is right and will tally correctly but in blue counties, they use a different code that allows the machines to kick the vote where it can be changed from Trump to Biden. Pulitzer says he can prove fraud without examining the machines or the software. He just needs the votes themselves.

 
Pulitzer says it will only take him two hours to examine 500,000 votes. The plan is quick and cheap two things I always love. But those who perpetrated or abetted the fraud won’t like it and will try to subvert it or run the clock out if they can.

Mr. Pulitzer said he has “no regard for the smoke and mirrors of how the machines work.” – IT’S ALL ABOUT THE PAPER BALLOTS.

“I don’t care about the machine. I don’t even care about the code that was written in the machine. What I care about is that physical artifact [ballot] and that physical artifact has material differences district to district that should not be there.”

Georgia Testimony by Two Data Scientists (Pennsylvania Added)

Georgia election data indicates at least 30,000 votes were removed from President Donald Trump and another 12,173 votes were switched to Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, data scientists testified on Dec. 30 during a state Senate hearing.

Pennsylvania election data shows that over 423,000 votes were removed from President Donald Trump during the November election, data scientists say. According to an analysis by the Data Integrity Group, obtained exclusively by The Epoch Times, votes for Trump—from both Election Day and mail-in ballots—were removed from the totals in at least 15 counties. Time-series election data shows Trump’s votes decrementing in various counties at numerous time points instead of increasing as would be expected under normal circumstances. The group said that Election Day vote removals happened during the vote tabulation process in at least 15 counties, including Lehigh County, Chester County, Allegheny County, Armstrong County, Westmoreland County, Northhampton County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, Lackawanna County, Dauphin County, Pike County, Carbon County, Washington County, Erie County, and Luzerne County.

Counties w/Dominion Machines Tilted Biden by 5.6%

Rumble — An unbiased by-county analysis of 2020 general election results of over 3000 U.S. counties shows large-scale skewing of election results in favor of Joe Biden in counties using Dominion Voting Systems.

Analysis conducted by DataScience and released through BASEDmedia constructed a statistical model to predict relative performance for either candidate based upon U.S. Census county data to 90% accuracy.

This analysis revealed that counties that used Dominion and Hart InterCivic ballot counting devices and software consistently gave a 5% vote advantage to candidate Joe Biden over President Trump. This advantage was observed regardless of the county’s majority political party affiliation nor urban, suburban, or rural area demographics.

NATIONAL FILE has a recent story about Georgia’s move towards sanity:

A report coming out of the Georgia State Senate concludes that illegal activity took place on Nov. 3 contrary to what Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger insists

A new report from the Georgia State Senate’s Election Law Study Subcommittee found evidence of illegal activity executed by election workers at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta on November 3 and 4, 2020.

The Georgia Election Law Study Subcommittee is a subcommittee of the Georgia State Senate Judiciary Committee. Subcommittee Chairman, William Ligon (R), said the draft report has not been formally approved by either the subcommittee or the Judicial Committee.

“The events at the State Farm Arena are particularly disturbing because they demonstrated intent on the part of election workers to exclude the public from viewing the counting of ballots, an intentional disregard for the law. The number of votes that could have been counted in that length of time was sufficient to change the results of the presidential election and the senatorial contests,” the report reads.

“Furthermore, there appears to be coordinated illegal activities by election workers themselves who purposely placed fraudulent ballots into the final election totals.”

The subcommittee’s report acknowledged that a plethora of witnesses and experts testified about irregularities and fraud allegations during a public hearing earlier this month.

In summary, the legislators on the subcommittee wrote, the General Election “was chaotic and any reported results must be viewed as untrustworthy.”

ARIZONA

JUST THE NEWS as well has a promising move coming from Arizona:

The Republican party of Arizona announced on Monday that the state’s GOP electors will intervene in the case between Maricopa County and the Arizona state legislature over access to the county’s voting machines.

Kelli Ward, the chairwoman of the Arizona GOP, announced on Monday that the Maricopa County board of supervisors is refusing to comply with a legislative subpoena from the State Senate Judiciary Committee that requires the board to conduct an audit of the county’s Dominion Voting Systems machines to determine the legitimacy of the outcome of last month’s presidential election.

Instead of complying, the board of supervisors is suing the senate committee to avoid handing over the subpoenaed materials and machinery. The board, in its suit, argues that they cannot conduct a forensic audit of the voting machines because they are entangled in litigation (of their own making). 

The board also argues that an audit would jeopardize the secrecy of the ballots from electors. Ward however, said, “There is nothing that stops them from doing the audit.”

The Arizona Republicans are now moving to intervene in the case in an effort to ensure the forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems machines takes place. 

“We are entering into this case,” said Ward. Lawyers for Maricopa County have, according to Ward, accused the Senate Judiciary Committee “of just wanting to get this data so that they can give it to us (the Arizona GOP).”

The purpose of the legal intervention from the Arizona Republicans is to ensure that the State Senate Judiciary Committee’s legislative subpoena is followed by the Maricopa County board. “We are doing everything possible to stop the steal, to maintain election integrity, and to force honesty into this process,” said Ward……

WISCONSIN

AND, out of Wisconsin comes news about an upper court win for Trump — DAVID HARRIS JR.

President Trump finally won one in the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Of course, the media is concentrating on the case he lost. In that case, the Wisconsin Supreme Court refused to throw out 221,000 votes.

A victory would have won the state for Trump who is only behind by a little over 20,000 votes.

According to far-left Washington Post:

The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Monday rejected President Donald Trump’s lawsuit attempting to overturn his loss to Democrat Joe Biden in the battleground state, ending Trump’s legal challenges in state court about an hour before the Electoral College was to meet to cast the state’s 10 votes for Biden.

The ruling came after the court held arguments Saturday, the same day a federal judge dismissed another Trump lawsuit seeking to overturn his loss in the state. Trump appealed that ruling.

Trump sought to have more than 221,000 ballots disqualified in Dane and Milwaukee counties, the state’s two most heavily Democratic counties. He wanted to disqualify absentee ballots cast early and in-person, saying there wasn’t a proper written request made for the ballots; absentee ballots cast by people who claimed “indefinitely confined” status; absentee ballots collected by poll workers at Madison parks; and absentee ballots where clerks filled in missing information on ballot envelopes.

But it is the second ruling that could give Wisconsin to Trump provided the Democrats allow the Republicans to see the ballots and challenge them. These 215,000 ballots are from people who are allegedly “indefinitely confined.”….

John Eastman’s Thoughts On 2020 Election Fraud

I actually do not include the beginning of the interview — rather, I wanted to isolate the discussion of the voter fraud and the recent forensic look at one counties Dominion machines.

This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity,” the report states. “The results of the Antrim County 2020 election are not certifiable. Over the next few years, books will be written about the 2020 presidential election. Some will argue that the Democrats stole the election through widespread voter fraud. Others will argue that while safeguards were lax and there was a good bit of fraud, Joe Biden would have won the election anyway. I doubt that anyone will argue that Biden, the sad shell of a man who at his best was a low-grade hack, received more than 81 million legitimate votes.

Guest hosting the Dan Proft Show on Thursday, I interviewed Patrick Basham, Founding Director of the Democracy Institute, on the subject of voter fraud. The interview runs around 20 minutes and is a good, if incomplete, summary of what we know now. The following sections highlight recently documented nefariousness in five pivotal states.

ARIZONA

A witness at the Arizona state legislative hearing testified to trucks of ballots arriving to be counted for 10 days after the election. Her supervisors gave no answer as to why the ballots kept arriving.

A data expert testified Arizona’s voting statistic abnormalities can only be recreated by manually adjusting the values of each candidate. Furthermore, expert witness Bobby Piton testified that he personally wouldn’t have certified Arizona’s election based on the mathematical abnormalities and impossibilities before him.

In a paper published Dec. 4 by the non-partisan Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project, data experts estimate that 300,000 potentially fraudulent ballots influenced the outcome, including more than 200,000 illegal ballots that were counted and about 75,000 legal votes that were not counted.

GEORGIA

At the Georgia State Senate Oversight Committee’s Dec. 3 hearing, legislators were presented with over 100 sworn affidavits, as witnesses, including local election officials, testified to potential fraud and irregularities, while statistical experts critiqued the implausible results.

The election department sent home the ballot counters at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, at 10:30 p.m. on Election Day. The supervisor told Republican poll watchers to leave because counting was done.

Yet, surveillance tape shows four election workers subsequently pulling ballots out of cases hidden underneath a table. Between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. the counting of tens of thousands of ballots continued without Republican poll watchers present. A massive vote spike for Biden was recorded at 1:34 a.m.

The Trump legal team established that 2,056 felons voted illegally; 66,248 underage teenagers voted; 2,423 voted that weren’t registered to vote; 1,043 illegally voted using a PO Box; 4,926 voted past the legal registration date; 10,315 who died before the election; 395 cast ballots in two states, which is illegal in both states; 15,700 filed changes of address to move out of state prior to Election Day; and 40,279 moved to a different county and failed to re-register to vote in the new one.

In a state Biden leads by only 12,670 votes, the Amistad Project puts the number of illegal votes counted and legal votes not counted at more than 200,000. Hence, the Trump campaign’s Dec. 4 lawsuit detailing thousands of voting irregularities and fraud.

MICHIGAN

At the Dec. 2 Michigan State Senate Oversight Committee hearing, three witnesses, including a Dominion Voting Systems employee, attested that on Nov. 4 at 4:30 a.m. a truck arrived at the rear of the polling station basement with 100,000 ballots in garbage cans. A staffing company employee contracted by Dominion testified that batches of ballots were scanned eight to 10 times. One witness was told to backdate ballots with phony dates.

According to one expert’s sworn affidavit, in the Michigan precincts of Kent, Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne there were 289,866 more ballots processed than humanly possible, given the time and equipment on hand. The Amistad Project’s experts identified more than 500,000 potentially fraudulent ballots state-wide. Biden’s lead is 154,188 votes.

NEVADA

In Nevada, Biden’s lead is only 33,596 votes. Evidence submitted to a Dec. 3 court hearing documented the following: 4,000 non-citizens voted; 8,000 ballots cast by voters with addresses that are physically non-existent; 15,000 votes cast by those registered at vacant or commercial property addresses; 42,000 Nevadans voted twice; 1,500 dead people voted; and 20,000 voters had out-of-state addresses.

According to the Election Integrity Project, 2,410 Nevada voters registered to vote in California but voted unlawfully in Nevada. Over 140,000 illegal aliens were registered to vote and sent ballots using a DMV loophole where illegals who apply for licenses are automatically signed up to vote.

PENNSYLVANIA

On to Pennsylvania, where Jesse Morgan, a truck driver for a subcontractor with the U.S. Postal Service, signed a sworn affidavit that he drove 288,000 completed ballots from Long Island, New York, across state lines to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Morgan says the trailer he was driving subsequently disappeared overnight from its parked location.

Based upon witnesses and expert analyses, the Trump legal team contends that on election night 848,977 votes were entered secretly with no observation. The Amistad Project found over 100,000 potentially fraudulent ballots; Biden leads Trump by 81,660 votes.

I included the excerpt of Larry O’Connor discussing just how many ballots were adjudicated of the absentee ballots — at the time of the audio 113,130 ballots were counted, and 106,000 were adjudicated. The percentage of guessing voter intent was 93.6% – wow. Here is the video:

In other words, a voter review panel interprets voter intent… at a 94% rate? This is illegal, and what’s worse, is that the re is no way to check these changes.

The WASHINGTON TIMES notes that in

…The report authors said they “observed an error rate of 68.05%” with ballot counts — a “significant and fatal error in security and election integrity” that far surpasses the “allowable election error rate” of 0.0008%, or one-in-250,000 ballots, that’s been established by the Federal Election Commission.

What’s interesting, too, is that state and county officials didn’t want to release information on Antrim County’s voting equipment for analysts’ review.

A judge had to order its release.

From the Detroit Free Press: “Judge Kevin Elsenheimer of the 13th Circuit Court had ordered ‘forensic imaging’ of the Dominion Voting Systems voting tabulators and related software after Antrim County resident William Bailey filed a lawsuit that challenged the integrity of the election equipment, citing errors in how the county initially reported its unofficial results.”

Come on, now. Why the need to go to court to obtain access to data and information that should already be transparent and public?…

EPOCH TIMES lays on the Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson by noting attorney Matthew DePerno saying she lied:

An attorney in a Michigan election case on Friday said that an infamous vote flip happened because of a computer program, not human error.

“Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said it happened by human error. We discovered that’s not true, that’s a lie. It didn’t happen by human error. It happened by a computer program called Dominion Voting System[s],” Matthew DePerno said on Newsmax.

DePerno is representing plaintiff William Bailey in a lawsuit against Antrim County. Bailey noted that the county initially reported Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden winning the county by more than 2,000 votes over President Donald Trump, but later changed the results to show Trump received nearly 4,000 more votes than Biden.

Officials claimed what happened was due to a human error, after initially suggesting it was in part because of a software issue.

DePerno said that through the lawsuit, his team was able to get access to the Dominion Voting Systems program. They went earlier this month and retrieved 16 thumb drives and 16 data cards, as well as the forensic image of the actual tabulation machine in the Antrim County clerk office.

“My team has been running analysis through that forensic image since Sunday,” he said…..

THE GELLER REPORT also notes that prior to the judges order going through, that “Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson [tried] to block the results of a forensic audit of Dominion machines in Antrim County, where thousands of votes for President Trump were flipped to Joe Biden.”

Hmmm, I wonder why? [ / sarcasm ]
