Top 5 Ways Leftists Sexualize Kids (Crowder)

Hitting the top five ways the left pushes and over-sexualizes children. And WHY they do it.

The Science of Casual Sex

Here is a wonderful book that I excerpt from:

Recent and increasingly sophisticated studies of the brain have presented startling discoveries to researchers on questions that have baffled science for generations. These advances have allowed us to understand so much more about why we do what we do.

The reason a book like this one is even possible is that new neuroscience techniques for studying the brain have proliferated over the past fifteen years. Relying on MRI technology and other scanning and imaging techniques, we simply know more about the brain now than we did twenty or thirty years ago.

Of course, we aren’t even close to knowing everything about the brain. In fact, the more we discover, the more we understand how complex the brain really is.’ Countless questions remain unanswered. But we do know enough to inform people in practical ways about a great deal that is happening in their heads and what to do with this new in-formation.

In previous chapters we have discussed much of this abundant new data about the brain. Our focus has been on the information that applies to connectedness, attachment, addiction, infatuation, love, sex, monogamy, marriage, and other issues related to our sexual behavior and our sexual health. The data indicates that sexuality and sexual behavior are a vital part of what makes us human—it is scientifically and behaviorally inaccurate to try to understand sexual activity as though it has no impact on the rest of what we are as human beings: our emotions, our health, our habits, and our nature. Sex is far too integral to who and what we are as persons to do this. We cannot separate the brain from the body. What our bodies do has a dramatic impact on our brains (and all that happens there, including emotions, and so on), and what we think in our brains will have a dramatic impact on our bodies and how we use them.

…the most current research shows that people who have been involved in premarital and/or extra-marital sex have significantly added to their chance of having problems and significantly increase their risk of never achieving their potential for health, hope, and happiness.

(Above Video Description) This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Did you know today’s youth view sex as no more meaningful than a handshake? Did you know what they will often perform oral sex on a stranger they just met at a party but not kiss them as that’s too personal? That’s tame compared to a lot of what Lisa has heard in her 40+ years of experience of working with and raising kids.

Parenting should be Fun & Easy. Get all the hard work done when they’re little then relax & enjoy. Yes, there’s some tweaking during the teen years, but otherwise… easy.

My methods are based on 40+ years of experience of working with & raising kids. I use what works, not what people think “should” work. If the respect isn’t mutual, it’s useless.

Be the Fun Parent, not the Friend. What’s the difference? Parents discipline, Friends don’t.

I help parents find their Inner Leader so their children turn to them instead of their peers for guidance.

How Liberals Perverted Sex | The Kinsey Syndrome Documentary

The Kinsey Syndrome unfolds the work and influence of Dr. Alfred Kinsey, considered to be “the father of the sexual revolution.” But did Kinsey liberate America from its prudish view of sex? Or help to unleash the horrors of our present society? The video will progress automatically to each part of the=is ten part series. (Here is the play list)

A Soda Banned in Sixth-Grade… But IUDs Are Okay (Sick World)

Take note that I do not know if this procedure has been done yet to a sixth-grader, however, this is not the point. Them being able to do so without parental consent — IS the issue. And we can thank the philosophy or the progressive left [the base of the Democrat Party] for this exciting new frontier sexualizing everything, by law. Which doesn’t surprise me in that one of the most left-leaning Justices on the Supreme Court argued while working at the ACLU to lower the age of consent from 16-to-12… what a “brave new world.”

Schools Implant IUDs in Girls as Young as 6th Grade Without Their Parents Knowing

Earlier this month, LifeNews.com reported on a high school in Seattle, Washington that is now implanting intrauterine devices (IUD), as well as other forms of birth control and doing so without parental knowledge or permission.

The IUD is known as a long acting reversible contraception, and may even act as an abortifacient. So, a young teen in Seattle can’t get a coke at her high school, but she can have a device implanted into her uterus, which can unknowingly kill her unborn child immediately after conception. Or, if she uses another method, she can increase her chances of health risks for herself, especially if using a new method.

The high school, Chief Sealth International, a public school, began offering the devices in 2010, made possible by a Medicaid program known as Take Charge and a non-profit, Neighborcare. Students can receive the device or other method free of cost and without their parent’s insurance. And while it’s lauded that the contraception is confidential, how can it be beneficial for a parent-child relationship when the parents don’t even know the devices or medication their daughter is using?

As it turns out, Chief Sealth isn’t the only school in Seattle doing this. As CNS News reports, more schools are fitting young girls — as young as 6th grade — with the devices and doing so without their parents knowing.

Middle and high school students can’t get a Coca-Cola or a candy bar at 13 Seattle public schools, but they can get a taxpayer-funded intrauterine device (IUD) implanted without their parents’ consent.

School-based health clinics in at least 13 Seattle-area public high schools and middle schools offer long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs), including IUDs and hormonal implants, to students in sixth-grade and above at no cost, according to Washington State officials….

Here is another story on the same issue:

Public schools in Seattle are offering more than just an education; they are offering teen girls of any age the opportunity to get free IUDs implanted into their uterus and other long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs) without parental consent at clinics right in the school setting. According to New York Magazine, the ability to get an IUD inserted in school, for free, removes barriers for teens who do not want to discuss the option with their parents or risk involving their parents’ health insurance policies.

Washington law states that minors of any age are permitted to obtain birth control services without a parent’s consent. Meanwhile, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends LARCs, like IUDs, as the most effective way to prevent teen pregnancy.

If a girl in a Seattle public school would like to have an IUD inserted into her uterus without talking to her parents about it and without her parents ever knowing, she can simply consult with an in-school clinic and apply for the Washington state Medicaid program called “Take Charge” to pay for the service instead.

Salon reported that teens at one Seattle high school, Chief Sealth International School, are lining up to get their IUDs inserted.

“Contrasting sharply with the attitudes toward sex and sexuality promoted at countless public schools across the country, Chief Sealth International School is taking a different approach, offering students the option to receive the contraceptive of their choice at no cost and without having to use their parents’ health insurance. Thanks to a Washington state Medicaid program called Take Charge and the nonprofit Neighborcare, teens can access confidential counseling on different birth control methods — and LARC insertion — more easily than they can buy a soda.”…

Six-Year Old Boys and `Slut Walks` ~ Whatch-U-Talkin-Bout Willis!?

Gay Patriot has an interesting take that I thought of myself after listening to a story on the radio, that is, would they have been as adamant if it were a boy kissing another boy on the hand?

Item No. 1: A little six year old boy in Colorado — which is lately giving Florida a run for its money as America’s nutjob state — has been suspended from school and labeled a sexual harasser for the sexcrime of kissing a little girl on the cheek.  Because school administrators must always be on the lookout for potentially anti-social behavior are idiotic and insane.

Why do I feel like if he had kissed another little boy on the cheek, he’d have been given a school award and a guest spot on the Ellen DeGeneres show?

In point number two of GP’s post he points out that the Left is trying to make even looking at women a crime! to which he adds the following commentary:

And isn’t it positively deranged that the same people who champion slut walks* excoriate men for paying attention to women’s bodies? It’s like the left is saying, “We champion the right of women to dress like sluts, but any man who looks at them is a thought-rapist who must be punished!”

*This link leads to pictures of scantily clad San Francisco feminists. You have been warned.

[I wish to add that is you go to page 2 and 3 of “slut walk,” you get some propaganda bonuses… also viewable as a single page.]

Just to make the point clear… the LEFT is crazy! Doesn’t matter if you are gay or straight… just the Left in general!

Making Nature Criminal

Feminist author Ti-Grace Atkinson shows her true autonomy when stating, “the institution of sexual intercourse is anti-feminist.”[1]   Marilyn French, feminist author calls all men rapists: “All men are rapists and that’s all they are. They rape us with their eyes, their laws, and their codes.”[2]  Let us allow Gloria Steinen, feminist extraordinaire, to set the stage with the following praises about her contemporary, Andrea Dworkin, “In every century, there are a handful of writers who help the human race to evolve. Andrea is one of them.”[3]   Why preface Andrea Dworkin?  Because she has this to say about men in general: “Heterosexual intercourse is the pure, formalized expression of contempt for women’s bodies.”[4]

…A Feminist Dictionary,[5] whose definitions are self-explanatory:

Male:  “… represents a variant of or deviation from the category of female. The first males were mutants… the male sex represents a degeneration and deformity of the female.”
Man: “… an obsolete life form… an ordinary creature who needs to be watched … a contradictory baby-man.”
Testosterone Poisoning: “Until now it has been thought that the level of testosterone in men is normal simply because they have it. But if you consider how abnormal their behavior is, then you are led to the hypothesis that almost all men are suffering from ‘testosterone poisoning.’”

The price of clinging to the enemy [a man] is your life. To enter into a relationship with a man who has divested himself as completely and publicly from the male role as much as possible would still be a risk. But to relate to a man who has done any less is suicide…. I, personally, have taken the position that I will not appear with any man publicly, where it could possibly be interpreted that we were friends.

In fucking, as in reproduction, sex and economics are inextricably joined. In male-supremacist cultures, women are believed to embody carnality; women are sex. A man wants what a woman has – sex. He can steal it outright (prostitution), lease it over the long term (marriage in the United States), or own it outright (marriage in most societies). A man can do some or all of the above, over and over again.

Young Women Thinking Casual Sex Empowers Them, Susan Patton Says Different

Casual Sex on College Campus

“…it’s tragic, I think, that hook-ups and casual sex on college campuses have become the default relationship patterns…. It feels like it’s a dreadful alternative that’s been crafted out of the ashes of the cherished institutions that the women’s movement has looked to run to the ground” ~ Susan Patton (The Blaze)

Gonorrhea Superbug: It`s Antibiotic Resistant And A Global Public Health Threat (Thanks Libs)

“The mounting evidence indicting the leaders of the sexual revolution is impressive. They promised joy, liberation, and good health. They’ve delivered misery, disease, and even death.” ~ Drs. Alexandra and Vernon Mark (Medical World News)

From Jill Stanek’s site:

Over the last two generations, the political and cultural left has changed the way many Americansview relationships, sex, and children. With about 1.2 million abortions per year, divorce rates at around 50%, and out-of-wedlock birth rates at record highs, one could easily believe they are winning.

However, even humans can’t beat natural law and reality. Marriage, which is mostly a college-educated, upper-income phenomenon these days, offers many benefits “shacking up” does not. Abortion, long claimed to “help” women, is increasingly shown to be done for so-called “elective” reasons, even for partial-birth abortions.

And now the Centers for Disease Control is proving the Catholic Church, LDS Church, Baptists, and other socially conservative institutions correct on abstinence until marriage. From USA TODAY, August 9:

Federal health officials took steps Thursday to head off the emergence of a new gonorrhea “superbug” that’s resistant to standard antibiotics.

Gonorrhea, a sexually transmitted disease that infects 700,000 Americans a year, already has become resistant to all but one class of antibiotics and could soon become untreatable, federal health officials warned.

[….]

Why is this so critical? According to USA TODAY, gonorrhea is devastating to many communities, especially women, gay and bisexual men, and blacks:

Gonorrhea is a major cause of infertility among women. It increases the risk that people will be infected with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, and that they will spread it to their partners, according to the CDC….

Doctors are already seeing the beginnings of drug resistance on the West Coast, especially in gay and bisexual men, Philip says….

Gonorrhea increases the risk of a dangerous condition called ectopic pregnancy, when a fertilized egg implants in the fallopian tubes, rather than the uterus. It also can cause pelvic inflammatory disease, which can lead to infertility. Gonorrhea also can harm newborn children of untreated mothers, although this rarely happens in developed countries such as the USA, where women and babies receive preventive screening and care, Workowski says. People can protect themselves by being monogamous and using condoms.

The concentration of gonorrhea cases among the poor is especially evident in African Americans in the South, with infection rates 30 times higher in Mississippi than in Wyoming, according to the CDC.

Crazy Liberal Sexual Agenda Front and Center Again

If you lower the cost of things, people will buy more of it….  [I]f you lower the cost of uncommitted sexual encounters, you completely dissociate sex from pregnancy and birth and a lifetime of child care. People will engage in more uncommitted sexual encounters.

~ George Mason University law professor Helen Alvare, explaining the idea of “risk compensation” – and why she believes more contraception hasn’t led to fewer unintended pregnancies, as quoted by NPR, September 7

Via the BLAZE

I didn’t want the responsibility, I wanted the sex. And so the easy way out was abortion. That’s what I thought. Just pay $300 and the problem goes away….  I thought if you just wanted to have sex just do it, what’s the big deal?  I didn’t realize how important sex was – that people die from sex, that people are born from sex, that hearts are broken and kingdoms fall to the ground as the result of sexual immorality.  I didn’t know any of that – all I knew was what I wanted.

~Former Broadway star and post-abortive father David MacDonald, LifeSiteNews, May 17

….The Post goes on to report that even though the curriculum includes assignments such as these and refers students to a Columbia University website called “Go Ask Alice” — which details sexual positions, types of sex that don’t include intercourse and more — the Department of Education maintains it is promoting abstinence first.

The Times and the Post both report that parents have the “right” to opt their children out of lessons about contraception methods. An op-ed in The New York Times last week calls this opt-out “very limited” in terms of parental control. The op-ed contributors Robert P. George and Melissa Morchella state that it is undeniable the curriculum is “sexualizing children” a younger and younger ages and that mandates such as this “violate parents’ rights”:

But no one can plausibly claim that teaching middle-schoolers about mutual masturbation is “neutral” between competing views of morality; the idea of “value free” sex education was exploded as a myth long ago. The effect of such lessons is as much to promote a certain sexual ideology among the young as it is to protect their health.

But beyond rival moral visions, the new policy raises a deeper issue: Should the government force parents — at least those not rich enough to afford private schooling — to send their children to classes that may contradict their moral and religious values on matters of intimacy and personal conduct?

[…]

Unless a broader parental opt out is added, New York City’s new policies will continue to usurp parents’ just (and constitutionally recognized) authority. Turning a classroom into a mandatory catechism lesson for a contested ideology is a serious violation of parental rights, and citizens of every ideological hue should stand up and oppose it…..
