Obama’s Defense Secretary/CIA Director, Leon Panetta: Iraq Withdrawal
Former Obama Defense Secretary and CIA Director Leon Panetta told CBS News that some U.S. troops should have remained in Iraq. Panetta spoke with Scott Pelley in a segment that aired Friday.
✿ Scott Pelley: Were you confident in that moment that pulling out was the right thing to do?
✿ Leon Panetta: No, I wasn’t. I really, I really thought that it was important for us to maintain a presence in Iraq.
But, Barack Obama overruled Panetta and withdrew all troops from Iraq in 2012 – one of the biggest foreign policy errors in US history.
So what do we have so far in foreign affairs? So far we have Bush warning about pulling troops out of Iraq too soon and its disastrous effects; Sen. John McCain also said this troop withdrawal was bad mojo; Glenn Beck warning of ISIS years ago; Obama ridding himself of senior military staff that were involved in Iraqi success; Mitt Romney said it was counter to his plan in the 2012 election debates to pull troops from Iraq; Russia is now buzzing Alaska regularly with it’s nuclear bombers, as well as Europe — but both Romney AND Palin warned of Russia while Obama joked that the 80’s called and want their foreign policy back; Romney was right on Syria; from Politifact’s “Lie of the Year” when Romeny said Jeep was going to China (he was right), to Sarah Palin’s “Death Panels” ~ time-and-time again the Obama admin’s/Democrats direction for the country has been shown to be wrong, misguided, and dangerous. When will people get it?
Coward N’ Chief ~ President Follows Polls, Not Advice (Firewall)
He delayed the mission to rescue James Foley and other ISIS hostages because he didn’t want to be “Carterized.” He sent the men in the rescue helicopters back to their bunks as he watched our people die in real time at Benghazi. And he delayed the Osama bin Laden raid for MONTHS out of fear of what a failed attempt would do to his re-election chances. In his latest FIREWALL, Bill Whittle shows how President Coward always puts his personal image ahead of the lives of American citizens.

Senator Obama ~ Just As Wrong Then As Now
“One of the things that I strongly disagree with Senator McCain is, this notion that we have future catastrophe to look forward to if we start phasing down troops…” ~ Obama
Bush & Beck Had Prophetic Words about Iraq (Palin & Romney on Russia)
“Some in Washington would like us to start leaving Iraq NOW. To begin withdrawing before our commanders tell us we are ready would be dangerous, for Iraq, for the region, and for the United States. It would mean surrendering the future of Iraq to Al Qaeda. It would mean we’d be risking mass killings on a horrific scale. It would mean we allow the terrorists to establish a safe haven in Iraq to replace the one they lost in Afghanistan. It would mean increasing the probability that American troops would have to return at some later date to confront an enemy that is even more dangerous.” ~ Bush

Islamic Society Of Boston Linked To ISIS & Muslim Brotherhood
This story — which isn’t too surprising for those that follow the “terror ties,” but R E A L L Y important for those that do not have the time or drive to follow such stuff. It comes from Gateway Pundit and deals with the Boston mosque:
So, one crackpot in a congregation. Who can blame the mosque?
But what about eight — including a prominent member of ISIS?
As it turns out, worshippers at the Islamic Society have included:
- Abdurahman Alamoudi, the mosque’s founder and first president who in 2004 was sentenced to 23 years in prison for plotting terrorism. In 2005, the Treasury Department issued a statement saying Alamoudi raised money for al Qaeda in the US.
- Aafia Siddiqui, an MIT scientist-turned-al Qaeda agent, who in 2010 was sentenced to 86 years in prison for planning a New York chemical attack. Known as “Lady al Qaeda,” she is related to 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed. ISIS has tried to trade her release for journalist hostages.
- Tarek Mehanna, who in 2012 got 17 years in prison for conspiring to use automatic weapons to murder shoppers in a suburban Boston mall.
- Yusuf al-Qaradawi, a mosque trustee and Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood leader banned from the US after issuing a fatwa that called for the killing of US soldiers.
- Jamal Badawi, another former trustee who in 2007 was named an unindicted co-conspirator in a plan to funnel more than $12 million to Palestinian suicide bombers.
- Now it can be revealed that another regular worshipper at the Islamic Society mosque was Ahmad Abousamra, who is now the top propagandist for ISIS.
The Islamic Society appears to be a “front Mosque” operation of the Muslim Brotherhood. They were also found to be funders of the Holy Land Foundation, a Hamas money laundering operation funneling cash to terrorists. (via Clarion Project)
Democrats F I N A L L Y Admit ISIS/ISIL Evil — They Water-Boarded People!
Isis FINALLY did it… they have gotten the attention of liberals. The Left/Democrats now see ISIS as a threat! Hallelujah!
What E-V-I-L did ISIS/ISIL commit that has battle plans ready?
Report: ISIS waterboarded captives
(CNN) — Did ISIS use a notorious former CIA interrogation technique on Western hostages?
At least four ISIS hostages in Syria were waterboarded during their captivity, the Washington Post reported Thursday, citing unnamed sources familiar with the treatment of the abducted Westerners.
Among those waterboarded was James Foley, the American journalist who was beheaded by the terror group….
This caused lefty cartoonist to remind us all about one of the big issues of the left… moral equation:

9/11 May Be Off The Hook! Missing Jetliners & New Explosive
With Libya being right across from Europe and close to Israel… people are a bit worried.
Via Bill Gertz:
Gateway Pundit has some photos:
On Monday the Washington Free Beacon reported eleven commercial jetliners went missing after Islamist terrorists belonging to “The Masked Men Brigade” took control of the Tripoli airport in August. The Masked Men Brigade is linked to al Qaeda and Ansar al Sharia — the group behind the Benghazi terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2012.
The Islamists posted photos of the captured commercial jetliners after they took control of the Tripoli airport.
DebkaFile also reports this about a new type of explosive that is ~ wait for it ~ undetectable:
There is some good news… “A wide-reaching Egyptian military hunt is on across northern and central Sinai for intruding Hamas and Islamic Jihad rocket squads and the launching sites they have buried beneath the desert surface…” (Debka). Egypt is gettin’ some!
If it is — off the hook — maybe some people will f i n a l l y take this threat seriously. I hate to say it, but it will take this type of act to bring the American malaise to an end.

White House Says Not At War With Barbarians/Terrorists…
[sarcasm]… good to know.[/sarcasm]
Via Business Insider:
The White House is insisting the U.S. is not at war with the Islamic State, also known as ISIS or ISIL, despite an aggressive air campaign and previously labeling the jihadist group an “imminent threat to every interest we have.”
“Before getting into the strategy though, there seems [to be] a fundamental, existential question: Is the United States presently at war with ISIS, yes or no?” MSNBC host Chris Hayes asked President Barack Obama’s top spokesman, White House press secretary Josh Earnest, on Thursday night.
Earnest went with “no.”
“No, Chris. What we are doing is we are working very aggressively with international partners, with Iraqi and Kurdish security forces, to take the steps necessary to mitigate the threat that’s posed by ISIL,” he responded.
The interview was part of a series of television appearances for Earnest on Thursday and Friday after Obama stumbled and said “we don’t have a strategy yet” for dealing with the Islamic State in Syria. Earnest insisted Obama actually has a “comprehensive strategy” even as critics slam the administration for not articulating a more forceful foreign policy vision for the region….
