- As many of you know (friends/family), and maybe some who do not (patriotic persons/parents), my son was a Marine for 6-years, and now is ARMY. He has come to us with a request that right now we cannot fulfill in total. Where he is asked to serve our nation he will have to have a vigilant eye and keep a tactical advantage. As parents we want to give him any advantage to succeed in a situation for his life and the life of his mates. So we are asking [as parents] for any help in reaching the $2,800 mark for this scope for his rifle he must have chambered at all times. A Break in Posting
My computer is on the fritz… I thought I had a sure fire way to protect my data on my hard-drives. Foiled by Gremlins again. The better way to protect my data requires cashish. With my work situation, my recent diagnosis and having to go to UCLA to get a third opinion on it (Lupus), and my diagnosis of quite a few years now of Multiple Sclerosis. I will be back posting, but I will do so when I am confident about not crashing my computer.

Why the Badger?
The CONSTITUTIONAL FEDERALISTS OF AMERICA is represented by the American Badger. This Carnivorous mammal has much in common with this newly emerging party.
Winter is passing, and this small resilient animal has emerged from its slumber. Arising from his burrow his appetite is overwhelming. The AMERICAN BADGER is fearless, having no regard for oneself, stopping at nothing to ensure its mission is accomplished.This low slung, stocky, fossorial beast-of-prey is often underestimated and is the furthest from being an endangered species for good reason. Although these badgers are typically nocturnal, they can emerge during the day when there is little to no encroachment or there is a reason to defend itself.
Much like the American Patriots of today, we are being awakened from our slumber in a defense of our FOUNDING principles.

What is the CFA?
CFA is short for the CONSTITUTIONAL FEDERALISTS of AMERICA. The goal is to be organized enough to affect elections through education, coalesced activism, and eventually candidates.
Why the CFA?
The idea came to fruition of a new political action organization/party by listening to a couple interviews by Carmack Waterhouse Professor of Legal Theory at the Georgetown University Law Center, RANDY E. BARNETT. In the interview (which was truncated) he had an idea for a third-party that was a bit different than the Libertarian Party but that held-to-many-of-the-same-standards of liberty that are clearly enumerated in the CONSTITUTION for the Federal Government leaving the rest for the STATES to ultimately decide.
Some Recent History
George W. Bush rode into Washington astride the horse of smaller government… when he left he had worked deals [for instance] not to close or shrink the Dept. of Edcuation, rather he expanded it with guidance from Ted Kennedy. The Washington Times notes that when he left Washington he had “overseen the BIGGEST FEDERAL BUDGET EXPANSION since Franklin Delano Roosevelt seven decades ago.” This is one reason “Dubya” had such low percentages… his base disliked his actions for differing reasons than his inquisitors did.
Then came the nomination of John McCain… and then Mitt Romney… I cannot — CANNOT! — sit through “The Donald.”
CFA’s Analysis of the Political Landscape
We see a country that is hurting. True patriots, lovers of the FOUNDING principles in our FOUNDING documents must join in a united voice that makes the established and slipping norm pay attention. It should be a place where many smaller groups can coalesce over the ESSENTIALS, while allowing the non-essentials to stir vigorous debate.

An Indication of this Diagnosis
True small government solutions causes a voice ~ a united voice of WE THE PEOPLE ~ to be truly heard. Corporations (BIG-BUSINESS) are in bed with BIG-GOVERNMENT to affect legislative outcomes, thus, shrinking true competition leading to CRONY CAPITALISM.
“The Donald” is merely a caricature of what is wrong with our government.
CFA ~ Rock and a Hard-Place
While there are good-and-bad positions in the two parties outside the Republican Party that I adore and would rather have affect the GOP… the sad reality is that we are a minority in the REPUBLICAN PARTY.
So, this site exists as a “trichotomy” of two already existing parties, the LIBERTARIAN PARTY and the CONSTITUTION PARTY. I want those who are not necessarily “religious” to feel at home in that they understand the importance of the Judeo-Christian influence on our NATIONS philosophy, and wish to uphold that philosophy while being personally secular…
Even if one does not necessarily accept the institutional structure of “organized religion,” the “Judeo-Christian” ethic and the personal standards it encourages do not impinge on the quality of life, but enhance it. What are the Goals of CFA?
Educating people, especially my fellow Republican’s on that PARTIES GRAND OL’ HISTORY, as well as basic ECONOMIC PRINCIPLES is our current goal.
So join CFA today in our struggle to educate the masses with guest columns and other recommended resources on the important direction our nation SHOULD be headed.
MUST be headed.
We do not have or plan on having a candidate, but we will endorse one as we expand our influence.
RPT Graphic ~ Stupid Party
The shirt company I got this idea from notes that when a person is young… they tend to be more “left-leaning” with their views. As they mature, maybe try to start a business, pay for their home, health insurance, schooling for their kids, and the like… they tend to become more moderate or conservative in their viewpoints. A popular saying goes like this:
- “If you aren’t a liberal when you’re young, you have no heart, but if you aren’t a middle-aged conservative, you have no head.”
I would posit as well that the political spectrum that is left-leaning in their views are regressive… in my “humble” opinion.
I do fully acknowledge however, especially with this 2016 campaign season, that I am in the “stupid” party:

“Your an idiot, try reading a book” ~ Via my Twitter
In a video detailing progressive thinking, at the 4:50’ish point (← right click and “open in another tab” in order to start from this point) there is a good example of some of the vacuous responses to positions by the Left. One is the response “to read a book.” This was JUST done with a Twitter conversation I was in via my bumper sticker for my site:

I just had a SJW woman tell me to “read a book,” funny. I have written a book and have over 5,000 in my home collection:
➤ politics [spanning the views];
➤ religion [all major world religious texts and many obscure cults and occult texts];
➤ economics [from common sense to Keysian junk];
➤ U.S. civics/poli-sci;
➤ history [world and U.S., most Marxist historians — like Chomsky and Zinn, as well as actual historians — like Paul Johnson, Thomas Sowell, and Rodney Stark];
➤ philosophy [from the Greeks — my Favorite is Cicero, to modern atheists defending atheism and theists defending belief. I have all or most of (for example) the published of multimedia material from: R. Dawkins, K. Nielsen, D. Dennett, Sartre, Camus, Nietzsche, S. Harris, M. Martin, L. Wolpert, D. Barker, W. Provine];
➤ comparative-religions [worldviews study as well as applying internal Aristotelian tests to the coherence of a belief structure];
➤ origin studies [the creation vs. evolution debate or the intelligent design vs. naturalism divide… I have most counter views published that differ with my own view];
➤ science [I collected all the biology, chemistry, and physics text books from my kids going through all their schooling ~ grade school to college, etc];
➤ Biblical studies [I have all the resources, dictionaries, maps, languages (Greek and Hebrew), Near-East and Persian history… history regarding manuscripts, the Gnostic Gospels, Old-Testament and New Testament surveys, systematic theology, church history, etc., etc.];
➤ As an aside, I also own 600+ DVD documentaries and debates (on the same topics as above). However, about 200 of these are debates between pro-and-con holders of the above topics. Many are formal debates at Yale, Harvard, and other major State universities.
Comparing, contrasting, and hearing fairly both sides without merely labeling people is important to make informed decisions in this life that are meaningful and direction oriented. You get the point… the person that told me to read a book was merely emoting nervousness at defending an idea void of any deep thought.
