Stewart hysterically ranted against Senator Pat Toomey after he and other GOP senators temporarily blocked the passage of the PACT Act, which expands healthcare benefits for veterans and first responders. Shapiro weighs in.

Is “Servergate” Just a Fox News Promoted Waste of Time?
Via NewBusters:
In a discussion about Hillary’s emails, a 2nd Amendment loving ex-conservative (read here, committed [not in an asylum] lefty) said this:
[icon name=”thumb-tack” class=””] Its another “Bengazi-styled”, mountain out of a mole hill, Fox news promoted, waste of time, partisan, Hillary witch hunt.
This really is not the case. In other words, Fox is joined by a chorus of media this time. Remember, when this was found out, Democrats were pissed: “5 House Democrats call for release of first batch of Hillary Clinton emails.” Hillary herself in 2007 was against secret emails before she was for them.
The AP (not Fox News) is suing Hillary. And NPR points out 3-reasons Dems are worried (what the Washington Post says are leading Democrats):
1. Democrats feel like they’ve just stepped into the wayback machine and not in a good way.
2. It won’t go away any time soon.
3. There’s no Plan B.
Bubba even said he never emailed her, then, “surprise, surprise,” the emails are already showing this to be a lie.
She also printed out 50,000 pages of emails… as to make me ask on my Twitter how many indigenous people had to die and trees be destroyed for this eco-terror to happen
She has said she deleted many. S h e – h a s – s a i d… not Fox News.
So this scandal is soo bad that Fox is not the leader in real news for once. Nor are Republicans taking legal action against the Clinton’s~ the Democrats are as well as the AP.

(Via Gateway Pundit) The Blaze wrote about the left’s many lies on the Hobby Lobby decision.
The Washington Post faulted several Democratic lawmakers for less-than-truthful assertions about the Supreme Court’s ruling in the Hobby Lobby case, most of which implied that employers could prevent employees from buying contraception.
The 5-4 court majority actually ruled that closely held companies cannot be forced to pay for select types of contraceptives for employees.
Since some Democrats – including party leaders Sen. Harry Reid of Nevada and Rep. Nancy Pelosi of California – confessed to misspeaking, and others stated they were expressing an opinion, the Post’s Fact Checker said it would not count the comments as outright lies.
“But this collection of rhetoric suggests that Democrats need to be more careful in their language about the ruling,” the Post noted. “All too often, lawmakers leap to conclusions that are not warranted by the facts at hand. Simply put, the court ruling does not outlaw contraceptives, does not allow bosses to prevent women from seeking birth control and does not take away a person’s religious freedom.”
The Post cited eight Democrats for making misleading comments.

Jon Stewart Delivers Blistering Takedown of Obamacare Rollout
The Media vs. Jon Stewart ~ Via Congressman Sean Duffy
What Democrats are doing is arguing for special treatment for corporations and for government employees (like the President and Congress). Republicans are asking for equal treatment under the law. Here is NewsBusters on the matter:
Wisconsin Congressman Sean Duffy slammed the press for not doing its job in pointing out the hypocrisy of ObamaCare being delayed for certain groups but not for all Americans: “…the media won’t even ask the question about, ‘Why are you [the Obama administration] treating families different than big businesses?’…That’s how pathetic, I think, news reporting has become, when we won’t ask tough questions to the administration.”
Continuing, Congressman Duffy presses the obvious point:
Duffy pointed out what a joke media coverage of ObamaCare had become:
You need Jon Stewart on Comedy Central to ask [Health and Human Services] Secretary [Kathleen] Sebelius, ‘Hey, why won’t you treat these two equally?’ And she can’t answer it….’Why do you want your own health care and you won’t join us in ObamaCare?’ That question I haven’t seen anybody ask on MSNBC. Please ask it, because they don’t have a good answer for it.
Mitchell argued: “Well, we’ve asked questions to both sides. That’s not fair. We have asked the question…”
In reality, no such question was ever put to Sebelius in an interview with MSNBC host Rachel Maddow on Monday. In addition, the question was left out of an NBC interview with the Health and Human Services Secretary on September 30.
Perhaps realizing that fact, Mitchell was forced cite Sebelius on The Daily Show: “Well, I think the response would be – the response that Kathleen Sebelius gave to Jon Stewart was, ‘If we had gotten what we wanted, which was a single-payer plan, this wouldn’t be the problem.'” Duffy noted: “That’s right, you say, ‘I think this is what they would say,’ but you don’t know what they would say because you haven’t asked.”
Take note that the White House KNOWS this won’t work and use this failure as an argument FOR single-payer. Here is the full interview by Jon Stewart.
