Via Poor Richard:
There was an epic showdown on Hannity tonight between Sean and Democrat Congressman Bill Pascrell. Things got animated when Pascrell tried to dispute the fact that members of Congress and their staffers get a 72% subsidy on their healthcare. By the end of it, Hannity flat out tells Pascrell that he’s lying to the American people.
Notice, Pascrell won’t take Hannity’s $10,000 bet for charity because he know’s he’s in the wrong.
I’m glad Hannity didn’t back down when Pascrell used the old, “Don’t you dare call me a liar” line. Pascrell is lying, and we’ve detailed how that special subsidy for Congress came into existence right here on this blog.
The liars on Capitol Hill need be called out for their dishonesty to the American people. Thankfully, Hannity took off the kid gloves tonight.
