Message[s] to the Black Lives Matter Movement

Real Clear Politics has this about the above video:

“Now they’re encouraging black people to go kill white people, because they want white people to feel what we felt 400 years ago,” says 27 year-old Marine veteran Michael Whaley in a message to the Black Lives Matter movement. “News flash… were you born 400 years ago?”

“Before you start throwing stuff out, do research.”

“Do you know about the three civil rights activists killed in Mississippi? It was two white guys and a black guy… Their lives mattered.”

“You know why they supported Martin Luther King? They saw the same thing Martin Luther King saw. They only see human beings, they cared, they wanted to make a change, and they died… There were white people that supported MLK, there were white people that supported Malcolm X. They actually cared.”

As reported by Breitbart Texas, the escalation of anti-white and anti-cop rhetoric has been building since militant black activists began marching in support of #BlackLivesMatter after the suicide of Sandra Bland in Texas. At protests at the Waller County jail where Bland killed herself, a radical activist called for all white people to be killed, and heavily armed members of the New Black Panther Party chanted “the revolution has started … off the pigs.” A Texas-based internet radio show called for the lynching of whites and the killing of police officers. Last week, two white journalists and a white deputy sheriff have been assassinated by blacks who appear to be carrying out the message of hate.

Decent commentary.

I am not a “libertarian,” but more of a “conservatarian,” but can appreciate Eric’s honesty and depth in thinking. VERY refreshing.
