Mark Levin Excoriates Megyn Kelly’s GOP Debate Performance

In this segment Mark Levin deals with one of the main quotes Trump was accused of. Mind you, I am not a fan of Trump, but, the cheapness FOX displayed when they could have asked more serious questions was disappointing to say the least.

Megyn Kelly Dismantles Salon.com & Media-Matters Twisting of Truth

There seems to have been an issue a few years ago with Salon.com’s author, Scott Eric Kaufman, that the blog American Power dealt with and showed Scott’s lies in that matter. I am starting to think he doesn’t like good looking women… Kelly only now in his purview of taste… or distaste?

Breaking News: Baltimore Prosecutor May Be Called As Witness

The same Baltimore state’s attorney who basked in the national spotlight after arresting sixofficers in the death of Freddie Gray, who died after being arrested in a police drug crackdown, was behind the order for the police crackdown in the first place, internal documents Baltimore Police memos show.

(Kelly File)

More from The Blaze:

About three weeks prior to Freddie Gray’s death, Baltimore city state’s attorney Marilyn Mosby instructed police to target the intersection where the controversial encounter began with “enhanced” drug enforcement efforts, defense attorneys for the six officers charged in the case revealed on Tuesday.

In a March 17 email, the division chief of Mosby’s “Crime Strategies Unit,” Joshua Rosenblatt, outlined the instructions he was apparently given about suspected drug dealing:

  • “State’s Attorney Mosby asked me to look into community concerns regarding drug dealing in the area of North Ave and Mount St,” he wrote.

[….]

“This is a case where the witness and the prosecutor are one and the same,” defense attorneys argued in court, according to the Baltimore Sun….

One of the KSM CIA Interrogators Interviewed on The Kelly File

waterboarding1

Thanks to PowerLine for the h/t for this interview, to which they mention ~ the three segments are rolled up into one at PowerLine:

…Kelly is without doubt the best interviewer on television. I don’t think there is a close second. She needed to bring all her skills to bear in the course of the interview last night (and I think she did so live).

Mitchell did not make for an an easy interview. He was guarded and angry. Kelly worked hard to get Mitchell to open up and bring the subject to life. Watching the interview, I thought Kelly would need to waterboard Mitchell himself to get him to open up. Nevertheless, the interview comes alive at about 18:00 and really takes off in the third segment (beginning at 22:48).

Quotable quotes: “I do not mind giving my life for my country, but I do mind giving my life for a food fight for political reasons between two groups of people who should be able to work it out like adults.”

“Khalid Sheikh Mohammed has the opportunity to address the charges against him, but I don’t.”

“[The Senate Intelligence Committee Democrats’ report] shows al Qaeda and the al Qaeda 2.0 folks, ISIL, that we’re divided and that we’re easy targets, that we don’t have the will to defeat them because that’s what they know. In fact, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed told me personally, ‘Your country will turn on you, the liberal media will turn on you, the people will grow tired of this, they will turn on you, and when they do, you are going to be abandoned.”

A constitutional law expert warned Congress during a hearing Wednesday that America has reached a “constitutional tipping point” under the watch of President Barack Obama.

Jonathan Turley, professor of public interest law at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., said the legislative branch of the U.S. government is in danger of becoming irrelevant in the face of continued executive overreach.

“My view [is] that the president, has in fact, exceeded his authority in a way that is creating a destabilizing influence in a three branch system,” Turley said. “I want to emphasize, of course, this problem didn’t begin with President Obama, I was critical of his predecessor President Bush as well, but the rate at which executive power has been concentrated in our system is accelerating. And frankly, I am very alarmed by the implications of that aggregation of power.”

“What also alarms me, however, is that the two other branches appear not just simply passive, but inert in the face of this concentration of authority,” he added….

Obamacare Architect Calls Democrats Stupid! (UPDATED AGAIN!)

Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber bragging about deceiving the American people, who he thinks are stupid:

Purposely made the law confusing to fool the CBO, the American people, etc. Except… not one Republican passed it.

The 178 Republicans in the House of Representatives unanimously opposed the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) that constituted the biggest expansion of insurance to Americans in decades, illustrating the huge divide that remains between the two parties on key issues and setting up a major debate in next year’s elections. Thirty-Four Democrats also opposed it.

So is he saying that the Democratic Congress persons and the electorate [Democrat voters] are stupid?

Yes. That is the logical conclusion… want proof of this stupidity?

  • “But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it”

This wasn’t the first time he said that Democrats are Dumb!

Megyn Kelly DESTROYS Jon Stewart & Lib Cranks

(Via Gateway PunditThe Blaze wrote about the left’s many lies on the Hobby Lobby decision.

The Washington Post faulted several Democratic lawmakers for less-than-truthful assertions about the Supreme Court’s ruling in the Hobby Lobby case, most of which implied that employers could prevent employees from buying contraception.

The 5-4 court majority actually ruled that closely held companies cannot be forced to pay for select types of contraceptives for employees.

Since some Democrats – including party leaders Sen. Harry Reid of Nevada and Rep. Nancy Pelosi of California – confessed to misspeaking, and others stated they were expressing an opinion, the Post’s Fact Checker said it would not count the comments as outright lies.

“But this collection of rhetoric suggests that Democrats need to be more careful in their language about the ruling,” the Post noted. “All too often, lawmakers leap to conclusions that are not warranted by the facts at hand. Simply put, the court ruling does not outlaw contraceptives, does not allow bosses to prevent women from seeking birth control and does not take away a person’s religious freedom.”

The Post cited eight Democrats for making misleading comments.

Obama Admins Jayvee [Jr. Varsity] Foreign Policy (Megyn Kelly is PRO)

H/T Gateway Pundit

He was against status of forces agreement before Iraq was against it. FromThe Washington Post:

President Obama surprised a few people during a news conference Thursday by claiming that the 2011 decision to withdraw all U.S. forces from Iraq, a politically popular move on the eve of an election year, was made entirely by his Iraqi counterpart. The implication ran counter to a number of claims that Obama has made in the past, most notably during a tight campaign season two years ago, when he suggested that it was his decision to leave Iraq and end an unpopular war.

His remarks, coming as an Islamist insurgency seizes territory across northern Iraq and threatens the central government, recalled key moments in his reelection race when he called his opponent hopelessly out of step with Middle East realities for wanting to keep U.S. forces in the still-fragile country America had invaded nearly a decade earlier.

In the 2012 campaign’s stretch, Obama and Republican nominee Mitt Romney met inside the performing arts center of Lynn University for the last of three presidential debates. The race remained close, and in the weeks after the Sept. 11, 2012, attacks on the U.S. diplomatic mission and CIA-run annex in Benghazi, Libya, the Romney team saw foreign policy as an area of potential vulnerability for the incumbent. The debate focused on the issue.

For much of that election year, Obama had included a line of celebration in his standard stump speech, one that among an electorate exhausted by more than a decade of war always drew a rousing applause: “Four years ago, I promised to end the war in Iraq,” Obama proclaimed in Bowling Green, Ohio, in September 2012, and did nearly every day after until the election. “We did.”…

…con’t below…

(Still the Lynn University campus debate via WaPo)

  • Romney: “With regards to Iraq, you and I agreed, I believe, that there should be a status of forces agreement,”
  • Obama: “That’s not true,”
  • Romney: “Oh, you didn’t want a status of forces agreement?”
  • Obama: “No,” … “What I would not have done is left 10,000 troops in Iraq that would tie us down. That certainly would not help us in the Middle East.”

Bergdahl’s Former Platoon Fights Back Amid Criticism ~ The Kelly File

Via The Kelly File ~ Awesome Stuff!

(Gateway Pundit) Former Army Sgt. Evan Buetow, the team leader the night Bowe Bergdahl initially disappeared, and five former Bergdahl platoon mates went on The Kelly File on Thursday to discuss the latest Obama scandal.

  • Former Sgt. Buetow: He walked away in the middle of Afghanistan on the farthest front lines you could be on to go seek out the Taliban.
  • Megyn Kelly: Do you feel that was an affront to you, that to say his service was with honor and…
  • Beutow: Saying that’s honorable. Saying that walking away, whatever his agenda was with trying to connect with the Taliban, explain to me how that’s honorable? I mean that’s spitting in the face to everyone who deployed, came back, and…
  • Second Bergdahl platoon mate: Not even every one in this company but every single one in the military.

Former Army Sgt. Evan Buetow, the team leader the night Bowe Bergdahl initially disappeared, told The Kelly File on Thursday that, I had to leave the room,” when Obama announced his deal with the Taliban in the Rose Garden.

Buetow joined five platoon mates on The Kelly File tonight. All six platoon members said they consider Bergdahl a deserter.
