The Wiki-Leaks “Dump” Was Already Public Knowledge (A Media Myth)

The Wiki-Leaks “Dump” pre-dated when Roger Stone supposedly told Trump. In other words… the information about the dump was already publicized BEFORE Roger Stone “told” Trump. While I do not agree with everything below, it is humorously pointed out that Congress and the media are clueless about htis simple fact.

Sean Hannity Interviews Jerome Corsi

Sean Hannity interviews Jerome Corsi. I first want to say that I am not a fan of Jerome – at all. BUT, the interview sheds a lot of light on the entire case, and he (if this is true) should win his case easily. But discussion about Roger Stone and Julian Assange add some substance to the case[s]. Good stuff, I hope it helps fill-in holes for the listener. Here is more information:

HOT AIR reports on this:

So what were Stone’s false statements? The six counts of false testimony in the indictment allege:

  • Stone lied when he claimed that he had no records pertinent to the House Intelligence Committee’s probe
  • Stone lied when he claimed not to have sent or received e-mails and texts relating to the hacked e-mails
  • Stone lied about the timing of his contacts with “Person 2” about Julian Assange, and had actually contacted “Person 1” rather than “Person 2”, which he did not disclose
  • Stone lied when he claimed he never directed either to get more information about the hacked data, when in fact he asked both to get documents from Wikileaks
  • Stone lied about never sending e-mails or texts to “Person 2”
  • Stone lied about discussing all of the above with “anyone involved in the Trump campaign

It’s tough to argue that all of these are immaterial to the House’s purpose in investigating the issues surrounding the 2016 campaign, if — if — Mueller can prove these allegations in court. It’s also tough to establish forgetfulness on the first two, since there is a reasonable expectation that a subpoenaed witness would check to see if requested/demanded records exist before denying that they do. A jury is not likely to find “memory loss” as a reasonable explanation for this series of supposed senior moments.

Plus, let’s not forget (pardon the joke), that the questions of materiality and memory loss do not at all pertain to the witness-tampering charge. That charge might make it tough for Stone to sustain a memory loss defense, too:

e. On multiple occasions, including on or about December 1, 2017, STONE told Person 2 that Person 2 should do a “Frank Pentangeli” before HPSCI in order to avoid contradicting STONE’s testimony. Frank Pentangeli is a character in the film The Godfather: Part II, which both STONE and Person 2 had discussed, who testifies before a congressional committee and in that testimony claims not to know critical information that he does in fact know.

f. On or about December 1, 2017, STONE texted Person 2, “And if you turned over anything to the FBI you’re a fool.” Later that day, Person 2 texted STONE, “You need to amend your testimony before I testify on the 15th.” STONE responded, “If you testify you’re a fool. Because of tromp I could never get away with a certain [sic] my Fifth Amendment rights but you can. I guarantee you you are the one who gets indicted for perjury if you’re stupid enough to testify.”

If Mueller’s team can establish this communication as genuine, and if Stone’s attorneys can’t establish any other context for demanding that Person 2 pull a Frankie Five Angels, it shows that Stone knew full well that he’d perjured himself…..

Roger Stone and Jerome Corsi | Hannity

BTW, to be clear, I am neither a fan or Corsi or Stone. I think both men are wacko conspiracy guys (one of my stated issues with Trump and his going on the Alex Jones Show). But that aside, we will see in the end where Corsi’s refusals lead… to the truth? This upload may disappear at some point (not because of a conspiracy, but because of copyright issues.) Good analysis starts at the 30-minute mark.

The Democrat’s Selective Outrage On Intelligence

UPDATE! via THE DAILY CALLER and the NYTs:

The New York Times issued a correction Thursday on an article that incorrectly claimed all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies agreed that “Russia orchestrated the attacks, and did it to help get [Trump] elected.”

[….]

Former candidate Hillary Clinton made the claim in late May that all 17 intelligence agencies agreed “that the Russians ran an extensive information war against my campaign to influence voters in the election.”

Former FBI Director James Comey refuted this false claim in a congressional hearing in May, stating that the assessment was only from the NSA, FBI and the CIA.

The Daily Caller News Foundation published a fact-check June 1 that rated Clinton’s claim as “False.”

Larry Elder discusses in the following clips some of the hypocritical positions the Democrats have in regard to accepting or rejecting intelligent agencies positions — selective outrage in other words. The above audio includes a partial interview with Ed Klein as well (interview begins at the 6:28 mark). Mr. Klein’s books and more can be found here: http://edwardklein.com/

I believe this line about 17-intelligence agencies saying the “Russians” did it is still the same evidence as when I posted this: “NO, 17-U.S. AGENCIES DID NOT SAY RUSSIA HACKED DEM E-MAILS.”

But many issues have still negated the narrative by the Democrats in this regard…see:

CIA vs FBI – Russia and the U.S. Election
The Hillary Campaign and the DNC Refused FBI Help

The bottom line is that even if the Russian’s have an involvement, it didn’t change the outcome of the election. Whatsoever. And the leaks from Podesta’s emails and the DNC were from insiders, not Russians.

Via CNSNEWS:

“Hold on a minute! CNN didn’t invent this,” said Camerota. “As you know, there were a score of intelligence agencies — seventeen of them — that concluded that Russia had hacked and meddled in our election.”

King replied, “Alisyn, there was dissent among that. And, furthermore, I sat in on that classified briefing and they divulged not one fact. They only gave us their opinions. So, we’re back at the same place again. We need facts to work with.”

Camerota then asked, “Just so I’m clear Congressman: You do not believe that Russia meddled?”

King answered,  “I don’t know. I don’t have — I don’t know if they meddled or not. I want to see a transcript; I want to hear some audio. I want to see a chronological timeline, that we can say these things we know that are facts. Because what we’re dealing with are opinions.”

Suspicious Deaths Surround the DNC Email Leaks (+ more)

JUMP to UPDATE

Mind you we know the Russians were not behind the leaks… per my post from yesterday.

Above video is via GATEWAY PUNDIT. Here is the key exchange:

Julian Assange: Whistleblowers go to significant efforts to get us material and often very significant risks. As a 27 year-old, works for the DNC, was shot in the back, murdered just a few weeks ago for unknown reasons as he was walking down the street in Washington.

Reporter: That was just a robbery, I believe. Wasn’t it?

Julian Assange: No. There’s no finding. So… I’m suggesting that our sources take risks.

Here is some more points regarding Seth via TOWNHALL:

DNC staffer Seth Rich was mysteriously murdered in the streets of Washington, D.C., on July 10. Although it is being investigated as a robbery, his wallet, credit cards and watch were not taken. The 27-year old was shot in the back on July 10 at 4:15 a.m. near his affluent neighborhood, while he was reportedly walking home from his girlfriend’s apartment. Police still have no suspects, witnesses or motive. His mother told the local NBC station that there were bruises on his face, knees and hands, apparently from trying to fend off his attackers.

[….]

Rich was a data analyst, so it is very possible he could have had access to the DNC’s emails. Julian Assange of Wikileaks said recently on TV that it wasn’t Russian hackers who intercepted the emails, as the Hillary Clinton campaign has alleged; instead, any one of a number of staffers within the DNC could have leaked them.

Emily Zanotti of HeatStreet, who is no leftist, has written a skeptical article about the conspiracy theories surrounding his death, analyzing Reddit threads. Reddit has contributors covering the circumstances of his death extensively, but they aren’t professional journalists, are mostly anonymous and can get things wrong, which hurts the credibility of the speculation.

The myth-debunking site Snopes labeled the suspicion over Rich’s death as false. This is strange, since how does Snopes know that it is false? The police haven’t even completed their investigation yet, which Snopes admits. Many murders go unsolved, including several of the strange deaths of people associated with the Clintons. A $25,000 reward is being offered for information about who killed Rich.

There should be no rush to judgment either way. Two people were robbed at gunpoint within the hour before Rich was murdered, a little over a mile away. If Rich was really the victim of a robbery, why didn’t the robbers take his valuables? It is possible that Rich refused to turn his valuables over, so the robbers shot him, and then fled without the valuables due to the noise from the gunshot. Police investigators will likely speak with the victims of the earlier two robberies and ask if they can recall what the gun looked like to see if the ballistics match the two rounds that killed Rich…

Because of this, there is a renewed interest in the “Clinton Body Count” due to some suspicious deaths surrounding some that could have been involved in the DNC email leaks, and, those in criminal cases linked to Clinton “bag men.” Personally, I will always believe Vince Foster’s death was a murder, and the only reason Bill made it into the WH was because Ron Brown died. This is all “old hat” to us conservatives… welcome to the party “Bernie fans.”

THAT BEING SAID, socialism always leads to murder… so Bernie [esp. his policies] would end up making the “Clinton Body Count” look like chicken feed.

Hell, we already have violence and murder from ideologies coddled by Democrats.

Here is one example from a detailed article over at TOWNHALL detailing some of these new issues:

The former President of the United Nations General Assembly, John Ashe, mysteriously passed away on June 22, a few days before he was scheduled to begin pretrial meetings involving shady financial dealings regarding a former Clinton crony. Local police officers said he died from dropping a barbell on his throat while working out, but the UN oddly first claimed he died of a heart attack. The 61-year-old was supposed to testify against Chinese real estate developer Ng Lap Seng, who was implicated in the “Chinagate” scandal for funneling money to the DNC for Bill Clinton through Arkansas restaurant owner Charlie Trie. Ashe was arrested last year for allegedly taking over $3 million in bribes from Chinese businessmen, including over half a million from Ng Lap Se, in exchange for building a United Nations conference center in Macau.

THIS IS KEY!

Mind you, the Clinton’s may not be directly involved with this. BUT, the people the Clinton’s have surrounded themselves with over the years are out-n-out criminal. This speaks volumes to the character of the Clinton’s during their political careers.

Do you think Bill flying on “Lolita Express” with “money man” Jeffrey Epstein, who, dealt in providing underage prostitutes to people — as well as being a bag-o-shit himself:

…The Palm Beach, Florida police and the FBI both investigated charges that Epstein consorted with underage girls used for prostitution.

Court documents show that police found a ‘clear indication that Epstein’s staff was frequently working to schedule multiple young girls between the ages of 12 and 16 years old literally every day, often two or three times per day.’

One victim said under oath that Epstein molested her at least 50 times, beginning when she was 13…

Bill Clinton took 26 flights on the “Lolita Express,” the private jet owned by billionaire sex-offender Jeffrey Epstein (HotAir).

UPDATE

I WILL KEEP THE BELOW, BUT ONE SHOULD NOTE THIS GIRL WHO ACCUSED TRUMP HAS BEEN SHOWN TO BE LYING:

UPDATED >>>> Yep… a FALSE STORY confirmed!

So, Mr. Epstein just “fell” into such criminal activity? Or do you think he scratched and clawed his way to it… violence and possibly murders being involved? How did Bill Clinton get involved with him? Through innocent means and dealings? Are you an idiot?

You mean to tell me that THESE people are not criminal enough to protect [through violence] their “exploits”? Bill Clinton dealing with drug dealers, having a nose like a vacuum cleaner, these drug dealers are upstanding citizens of the community? PLEASE!

  • “[I’ve] got to get some [cocaine] for my brother. He’s got a nose like a vacuum cleaner.” ~ Roger Clinton

Do you think Roger Clinton wasn’t responsible to others who invested in him to influence then President Bill Clinton to consider real estate ventures in Haiti by crafting some sort of legislation via the power of his office?

Bill Clinton’s half brother Roger, nicknamed ‘headache’ by the Secret Service during Clinton’s presidency, has tried to keep a low-profile as his sister-in-law Hillary positions her family to move back into the White House.

But now it is revealed today that he used his brother-in-law’s name to win a $100,000 consulting contract with a company looking to build houses in Haiti.

And it is also disclosed that he is living in a home that was partly – if not fully – paid for by Bill through a limited liability company registered to the Clintons’ family home in Chappaqua, New York….

Do you think these “investors” were just upstanding citizens who wouldn’t harm a fly to protect their ventures? I would guess this wasn’t the first time people like them “invested” with strings attached to causes like this. Do you really need to watch CLINTON CASH AGAIN

And here the little fairy girls will drive by with Hillary for Women stickers on their cars… oblivious to Hillary Clintons past and the “Nuts-or-Sluts” strategy.

What a joke Democrats are.

Collateral Murder Deconstructed

(Best investigation done on this incident linked via above graphic)

The below video supposedly showing U.S. military Apache helicopter pilots killing innocent persons in 2007 (Iraq) elicited comments from me a while ago. It has come up again in discussion and this time I will post it here at RPT in order to reference it in the future.

Conservative Refocus News Blog has this about the above video:

….However, the Web site does not slow down the video to show that at least one man in that group was carrying a rocket-propelled grenade launcher, a clearly visible weapon that runs nearly two-thirds the length of his body.

WikiLeaks also does not point out that at least one man was carrying an AK-47 assault rifle. He is seen swinging the weapon below his waist while standing next to the man holding the RPG.

“It gives you a limited perspective,” said Capt. Jack Hanzlik, a spokesman for U.S. Central Command. “The video only tells you a portion of the activity that was happening that day. Just from watching that video, people cannot understand the complex battles that occurred. You are seeing only a very narrow picture of the events.”

Hanzlik said images gathered during a military investigation of the incident show multiple weapons around the dead bodies in the courtyard, including at least three RPGs

“Our forces were engaged in combat all that day with individuals that fit the description of the men in that video. Their age, their weapons, and the fact that they were within the distance of the forces that had been engaged made it apparent these guys were potentially a threat,” Hanzlik said.

Military officials have also pointed out that the men in the video are the only people visible on those streets. That indicated something was going on and that these individuals still felt they could walk freely, one official told Fox News.

Julian Assange, a WikiLeaks editor, [the guy who leaked the video] acknowledged to Fox News in an interview Tuesday evening that “it’s likely some of the individuals seen in the video were carrying weapons.”….

This frame grab image, taken from a video posted at Wikileaks.org, shows a group of men in the streets of the New Baghdad with weapons just prior to being fired upon by a U.S. Army Apache helicopter July 12, 2007. (FNC)
Of course, you will hear the critics of this military action say the military is at fault, and not the guys carrying the RPGs and AK-47s, but you didn’t hear them complain that between March and September 1991, the Iraqi Army and security services killed as many as 300,000 Shiites. One mass grave near the city of Hillah is said to hold 30,000 bodies alone. These Iraqi military officials that carried this out received medals, mansions, and $$ for their service. In cases when the military purposefully targets innocent lives (which is almost never), court-marshals abound! But, the most important thing to know is that children were not killed. Some adults were killed in the situation were, innocents and terrorists, but the children survived!

“The watching helicopter crews requested permission to engage, stating “…looks like [the men] possibly uh picking up bodies and weapons” from the scene,[31] and upon receiving permission opened fire on the van and its occupants.[18][24][30] Two children sitting in the front seat were wounded but survived.[18][24][30] Chmagh was killed[18][24][30] along with the father of the children.[32] (Wiki)

Some good audio of Julian Assange can be found at Science and Technology’s post titled, The Internet Springs a Leak:

…That may be, but some critics say Wikileak’s posting of some documents in and of itself may be in error.

“To my way of thinking, their approach is quite wrong,” says Steven Aftergood, director of the Federation of American Scientists’ Project on Government Secrecy and publisher of the Secrecy News blog.  “Not every act of editorial judgment is censorship, and not every act of withholding information is censorship.”

[….]

Aftergood has plenty of experience receiving, vetting, and publishing secrets.  He has praise for Wikileak’s posting of the Baghdad video.  “It’s useful for all of us to be reminded from time to time that war is genuinely, unspeakably horrible.  And I think this video did the service of reminding all of us of that.”

But Aftergood says, “There are also problems with the video and the way it was released.”   He says the video appears to show the presence of weapons such as a rocket propelled grenade (RPG), something not noted in the Wikileaks on-screen graphics.  Assange says the video was classified, a claim Aftergood cannot verify.  And the titling of the video itself – Wikileaks calls it “Collateral Murder” – is something Aftergood calls “a heavy-handed, propagandistic exercise.”

Document Dumper Julian Assange Under Arrest

From SkyNews:

The elusive 39-year-old Australian was detained by Scotland Yard officers at around 9.30am after he voluntarily went to a police station in central London.

Police contacted Mr Assange’s lawyer last night after receiving a fresh European arrest warrant from the Swedish authorities, as anger grows in the US over the latest leaked embassy cables by the whistleblowing website.

Karl Rove on WikiLeaks:

These leaks do detail classified information that now in the hands of the terrorists, is opening up many countries to renewed attacks at their points of weakness:

It came as WikiLeaks published a classified cable which detailed hundreds of critical sites whose loss would most damage American interests.

Among those listed in the UK are satellite sites, BAE Systems plants and cable locations. But security experts condemned the revelations, saying they were a gift to terrorist organisations.

Sir Malcolm Rifkind, a former defence and foreign secretary and chairman of the Commons Intelligence and Security Committee, insisted: ‘This is further evidence they have been generally irresponsible, bordering on criminal.

‘This is the kind of information terrorists are interested in knowing.’

Last year, U.S. embassies were ordered to update a list of critical infrastructure and key resources in their host countries whose loss would ‘critically impact the public health, economic security and/or national and homeland security of the United States’, according to the leaked cable.

It also provides details of areas where the U.S. is reliant for raw materials or specialised goods.

British sites identified in the cable include a telecommunications hub in Hereford, three facilities run by BAE Systems and one end of an undersea cable that stretches from Cornwall to New York.

Although this information is already in the public domain, Sir Malcolm said it was dangerous to have them listed as being critical to the U.S.

Other sites identified are a cobalt mine in Congo, an anti-snake venom factory in Australia and an insulin plant in Denmark.

Julian Assange may be Australian. But he is acting as a military combatant against the United States, and his weapon of choice is not an AK-47 or RPG, but the internet, and he is utilizing his resources effectively. He should be treated as such, brought in, tried, convicted, and punished accordingly.

While Assange is defaming America and putting American lives at risk, there are the usual people supporting his actions. Over at the enlightened liberal Daily Kos, we see praise for the “brilliant” Assange as somehow being a champion of freedom. We have the typical liberal response that Wikileaks is simply doing its part to create a more transparent and pure democracy. And Ron Paul, the anarchist who does not, nor will ever, have the support of this libertarian, thinks Julian Assange is doing America a service and should be supported at all costs.
